The staff is very friendly and helpful. There is a dry sauna and there's a pool. Very clean and has a women area!!!

Cassie is the best instructor, personal trainer and coach!! She cares about her clients and the group classes that she instructs. She makes sure your form is correct, she tells you what muscle groups your working with each exercise. This is not just a job for her, it's her life's passion.

Been using this gym for a few months now and have loved it the whole time. The staff is always super kind and helpful. They make you feel very welcome. The weight selection is great and if you come earlier in the day there isn’t a lot of traffic so it’s really easy to get in and get all the machines/ weights you need for a quick lift.

24 April 2023 they had someone call me to try to collect over a thousand dollars for multiple fees and said they would only charge me half even though my membership should be CANCELED and I asked for an itemized list to be emailed to me the guy then stated that he would make me pay the thousand plus dollars plus legal fees just because I asked for an itemization list. STAY AWAY FROM THIS GYM!!!! .

Tru-fit Killeen is the Best gym in the Killeen location , they have the best team for child care with plenty of activities to keep your child entertained while you get a workout. They have some of the best classes and extremely knowledgeable personal trainers. The staff is all nice makes you feel as part of a gym family. Highly recommend
