If you are thinking about joining this gym DONT DO IT. This place is a scam. They wouldn’t let me pay my final bill until I payed the 80 something dollars cancellation fee. Mind you that I already submitted paper work given them my notice. Didn’t want to give them a star but I couldn’t post until I did. Don’t mess with this place.

I love this gym and it’s environment. I have tried several others in the area and appreciate this space in this one + the variety of their equipment . Staff is always friendly and welcoming 🤍 Only downside is the women’s locker room is pretty outdated and half the lights are always giving out :-( …

I’d like to say thank you to Morgan who helped my fiancé, and I sign back up as a trufit member. I did have some issues before with my account and honestly had a hard time contacting management to fix those problems. I ended up canceling my membership because of that reason. Morgan was very helpful and was able to give us the information we needed. Thanks to him we are now members of trufit again. Thanks again Morgan!!

Went in at around 6:00 to see how busy it was around that time, to see if I should get a memebership at this gym, and the lady at the front desk denied me from just peaking in to see how busy it was. Said only members could go in, even though I said I was thinking about joining.I really wanted to join this gym but not anymore.She wasn’t rude at all. She could’ve walked with me in, if she was so worried I was going to work outBad business practice sadly

Last week I gave a bad review for cleanliness at TruFit gym in Killeen, Texas. I worked out this morning and the gym was very clean to include the restrooms. TruFit is the best and cleanest gym in Killeen, Texas. I recommend TruFit to customers who wants to lift weights or workout with the most updated and serviceable gym equipment. The staff is very professional and will go above and beyond to answer any questions. I thank the management for fixing the cleanliness issue and for valuing my concerns. Thank you.

I thought this gym was going to be better than Crunch fitness, but turns out that the pool is constantly dirty, the machines constantly out of order and the ac is not working. Is more than 100 degrees here in Texas and the AC is not working!!! Is like working out on a sauna. Then you think you can go for a swim? Wrong! The pool been yellowish color for more than a week. Is disgusting!!!! This is not a free nor a cheap gym! Is almost inhumane to workout in these conditions! If I could give it a minus 1 I would. And then you ask for a number or a email to make a complaint and there is none!!! I'm canceling my membership! Don't waste your money in here there are other gyms better and more affordable. I'm a very unsatisfied!
