This 5 star review is for Shane !!! He has the most amazing customer service tonight. I came in as a guest with my mom and now I am going to get a membership after getting all the info and then some from Shane. He was so patient and nice and knew everything I wanted to know! The massage chair changed my life. I feel like a different person after my massage. Thank you Shane !!!

Great range of equipment and space to workout freely. I wish there were Olympic bars without smith machines, but also I understand why they are there when appealing to such a broad range of beginner to intermediate weight lifters.
