I've been CrossFitting for 8 years, I've been a member of at least 5 gyms as I've moved around plus visited many around the country in my travels for work. CrossFit Lakeland is one of if not the best CF gym's I have experienced. The programming is solid, facilities are fantastic, coaches are great. I highly recommend!

I have been a member of CrossFit Lakeland for a little over 2 years and I cannot say enough good things about it!! The coaches are great and have helped me achieve things I never thought I would be able to do! They are very knowledgable and encouraging!! The facility is amazing and has ruined other boxes for me, we have great equipment, tons of space and a very clean gym. We are truly spoiled with the staff and our gym. The community at Crossfit Lakeland is truly amazing and they have become my second family. I cannot imagine a better gym.I highly recommend seeing what we are all about!!!!!!

I was a member at Crossfit Lakeland for 2 years before moving out of state. I had heard about Crossfit while at Basic Training in the Army and was anxious to try it when I got home. All of the coaches I worked with went out of their way to make me feel welcome, patiently teach me the movements and standards, and were always looking out for my safety.Every workout is a challenge and is programmed to enhance your total fitness. You can find gyms that cost less and walk on a treadmill but if you want a real workout and real results, this is the place to go!

After my failed attempt to workout in my garage, I broke down and went to a globo gym. Fortunately they have bumper plates, but the amount of bad form I saw, and not just individuals, but their group classes made me shake my head. So glad I had Keith and Cat do my on ramp and always had Mike to call out my bad form and Kenny to push me to finish. Miss my CFL friends.
