OMG!! I tried to give them a new card as I've been going there for over a year and changed banks. They said I wasnt me and the girl WAS LOST. Nobody could help as they said my card wasnt me and asked where I got it. "FROM YOU!!"IT WAS RIDICULOUS. Time to break down and go to a real gym...This one has ALWAYS been sub par....

I just started coming to this location and so far I'm really happy. Really laid back atmosphere, great staff and lots of great equipment. For all the extras i would highly recommend the $20 plan.

The best planet fitness tanning beds I’ve ever been in . You see results in one visit . I’m truck driver and was in Denver today so had time to get my work out on . Nice friendly people .

I want to cancel my membership because I don't go as much as I should buy where else can you get cheap tanning at?! Staff is always nice and equipment always cleaned and taken care of. Good place to get a good workout with out the hassle. I should go more! 😀 …

Customer service experience is beyond 5 stars in my opinion. Kayla, who is an employee really went above and beyond trying to help me locate misplaced items and even called to follow up. The Location is always clean, I feel comfortable, all staff is helpful and the different options in workout equipment is a plus. The stretching room in the back is my favorite to complete my workout with all equipment and then some. This 24 hour location has 'no' excuse to 'not' have an excuse to workout. Surveillance cameras are in the lot for those who go late at night like myself. Thx, PLANET FITNESS!!!😍

Great workout facility and always clean & tidy.No spa, pool, or courts, but don't worry - they have massage beds, massage chairs, and even tanning. For 20 a month for their "premium" deal, I won't find a better gym for the money.The space and equipment is pretty impressive.. Never any shortage and never too crowded.Not too many muscle heads around, mostly normal people. No scale though.. They said its part of their culture to not have a scale but I'm sure they're just cheap. No complaints though.

Great place to workout! Friendly staff. It gets busy at times, but never gets to packed. Out of peak times it's easy to get a quick workout in. Great prices as well!

Kept very clean, ample equip kept in excellent condition. Friendly staff, as a woman I feel very safe location in a large well maintained shopping center. I really enjoy going here.

This gym blows. Came in on a guest pass, brought my jump rope...they said I had to take it out to my vehicle...couldn't even leave it in the locker, LOL. I'll stick w 24 hour fitness, much better than this facility. Oh, here's a perk...it's clean. That's it.
