During this pandemic the staff fought with me to cancel my membership, I have several family members who have compromised immune systems and they put me in a position where I had to come in and cancel in person. The staff was rude and disrespectful and was trying to push this "Free for three months then continue charging" service despite saying no several times. When I was leaving out the door I over heard them say sarcastically how I could've mailed in a letter, after I've called in several times about cancelation and this was never communicated.COVID-19 is on the rise as of the writing of this review, and you have failed to provide appropriate accommodations.

I love this place. The staff is, hands down, the nicest staff at any gym I’ve been to. The prices are incredibly low, and the place is never overly full. Even during covid, it was a nice place to exercise.

A shout out To management For this facility. Evening staff (Peyton and others) very professional, helpful and friendly. They clean the place meticulously before closing every night. I’m a traveling nurse and have seen facilities across the country and appreciate the effort staff puts into this facility.

Its good. They billed me at the beginning and ending of the Covid-19 shutdown but they weren't open so I couldn't cancel or downgrade my membership. I couldn't use the facility at the time so thats why they get 4 stars. Staff are always friendly. I WISH THEY HAD A SCALE!FYI: all of your treadmills and equipment ask you for your weight IN ORDER TO OPERATE THEM. It's a crucial performance measure for doctors and athletes alike. Please don't impose your beliefs on people who want to track their workout goals.

This particular chain of stores is pretty good. They try hard to employ friendly folks. The equipment works and is well maintained. If you have a problem in this chain, it's usually with another member. At my last count, this chain of brothers have 5 stores going. Try them all. Every club is different and has completely different clientele. One of them is bound to suit you.

I attend Planet Fitness 3-5 times a week. The staff is always welcoming, helpful and friendly. The staff is constantly cleaning to keep us all safe from COVID. My experience at PF in Lakewood it the best gym experience I have ever had. Hats off to the staff at Planet Fitness Lakewood, thank you for all your hard work.

I love this PF location. Everyone is helpful and professional. It’s always clean and organized. I’m hoping your not closing although I’m bracing myself due to Covid closures. The machines seem to be kept up and in good condition. Last but not least it’s never packed, it’s busy in the evenings but not overwhelming. I stopped using the mats for safety reasons but most of the patrons are responsible. We clean the machines before and after, distance ourselves and wash our hands.🙂❤️

Today was my first time returning to workout in YEARS. I had never seen the inside of this gym. I greeted an employee and let them know it was my first time in. They took my picture and that’s it. It would have been nice to maybe get a tour or be told how things are ran-like wiping off equipment, how the lockers work, and restrooms. Very clean atmosphere and great equipment.

Clean, friendly atmosphere. Comfortable and relaxing environment for all my fitness needs. Friendly staff who all make you feel at home. Very peaceful.
