It is a great gym. For beginners and veterans alike. This place is a great addition to the neighborhood. Thank you Shannon and her wonderful team getting myself and my family on a healthier path in fitness!

Clean and well kept facility. The showers though, tend to take a while to warm up, and the bathrooms are always freezing cold which can be uncomfortable for a shower. Staff is friendly enough, and there are plenty of different machines, a stretching area, etc.

Great workout and plenty of amenities all conveniently located on a huge transit line. Black card membership is $20 and basic is $10. They of course or open 24hrs. Bonus for their enhanced fitness machine and massage table included with the $20 membership as well a personal training but if you are looking for a pool or steam room this may not be the gym for you.

Great Place to workout, wonderful customer service & one of the cleanest facilities I've seen thus far.. But definitely not worth the price. Aside from the monthly price there is also a $40 annual fee which will be charged in October, NOT after you commit for a year, And if you think about leaving, there is also a $58 dollar charge for early termination, so in the end you're better off cancelling after ten days and then joining again to avoid all their hidden fees.. Wish they cared about members rather than their wallet, but it is Planet Fitness.

***********Customers be aware************ Before you sign the sketchy contract I hurt my ankle so therefore I have not been able to make it in I try to cancel but they want $58 can't afford so I try to down grade to $10 a month they still want $58 just to do that. All I can say is PLANET FITNESS IS MONEY HUNGARY!!!*************

I have no complaints about this location, it is my fav. I have been to both locations on Wads. This one oddly seems more posh and clean. You would think in that location there would be rif raff in there, but no! I did experience that at the Wads/Hampden location (I really do not enjoy that one at all). The one on Wads/6th area was ok, but really crowded.I have not tried the tanning beds, wish I know how good they were. This location does have the red light therapy that comes with your black card membership.

I just tried looking online and decided to call the gym. I talked to a young lady named Quinn who was very polite, helpful and was willing to take the time to explain both of the packages they had. I've been a member at Bally's in Belmar for 3 years and I don't remember any of the employees being so polite and friendly. This will definitely motivate me to go to the gym and check it out. Thanks Quinn

My girlfriend and I came to this location after a very bad experience we had at the Colorado Athletic Club at 1601 Wewatta next to Union Station. We were both extremely happy to meet Sandro at the front desk. I had a Black Card membership and had never been to this location (my girlfriend was my guest on my black card membership) and Sandro made both of us feel welcome to be there, starting the workout off right!Wide selection of well-maintained equipment, and lots of it! This is a great location and I'd definitely come back! The only change I'd suggest is turning down the incredibly intense ceiling lighting in the stretching room, the room furthest from the front entrance. It's almost blinding if you're doing stretching / exercises where you're looking up. The lighting is just fine everywhere else. And the temperature is perfect for a gym.

Clean facility, friendly & cheerful staff and lots of equipment to use.I was looking for a short term gym for 2 months and this was it. I got the basic $10 package and cancellation was free when I left. Also, it was cheaper by $20 to sign up at this location than the one on Wadsworth &2nd. It definitely varies by location / promotion but worth a shot here.Thumbs up!

Very clean and the staff is pretty friendly. I assume I'll grow out of planet fitness but that won't be for a long while. Hard to beat the price and convenience. And I'm a night owl so crowds aren't a problem. Would definitely recommend to beginner and intermediate lifters or those just looking to stay in decent shape. (Free weights only go up to 75lbs)
