The morning staff won't let me use my 3 day pass, they want me to sign up on the spot. When I said "No" they told me to leave.The lady even keeps on talking about the prices, like she's the one giving me discount.Blitch I know how to read, there is a 3 months free on the yearly promotion. She keeps telling me "I can give this to you for such and such.

Bathrooms need to be soooooo much cleaner. With all the people that come daily to work out once a day is definitely not efficient enough for germs to be under control. I definitely see why gyms were a place for covid infestations. Also a better cleaning crew is needed. A good friend Mr. D. Dede constantly cleans the restroom myself to shower if needed or use the toilet. This complaint is with the family and unisex restrooms. And I'm not sure what's up with all the annoying funny looking flies hundreds of them in pool and restroom area. Other then that staff are pleasant also members of the gym.and the exercising equipment.

I’ve been to a few other gyms in the area. I would have to say that 24 Hour Fitness is the best overall. It has all of the amenities and bells and whistles that some of the other gyms in the area do not have. I would say that it starts getting crowded around 9:00 am which makes it difficult to hit some of the equipment. I am not a evening workout person but I have also gone a few times between 4:00 - 6:00 pm and it’s also just as busy. The reason for the 4 star review instead of a 5 star review is due to the lack of cleanliness. The womens locker room and restrooms can use some help. The steam room is also often smelly and unclean.

Place is nasty. Same Dirt on machines for 2 months. Floors nasty. Machines always broke and take forever to get fix. No classes in morning before 8am and barely classes in evening. Floors are filthy. Near pool floor is black. Need professional cleaning and power wash in Sauna and near pool

I get gains here. Consistent workouts at the best gym Lancaster has to offer.Love this place, I’m glad they’re open 24hrs.

Sabrina of Lancaster worst customer service I’ve encountered. I showed to her my body contract and she did not authorized. The fact that I have a premium membership here since 2018 - She said I cannot bring my body. She acted like with big attitude. I requested her to speak with her supervisor- she told me tomorrow… employees should be educated that if one has premium membership and found out that the members required to update the info in the their system. She should understand this can be fixed to update the next and allow me to enter with my buddy not refusing me to enter because there was a incorrect info in my account. If company update the policy / the membership account should be automatic superseded the old contract or automatic email the member to physical update the membership. So many excuses even the manager. I was automatically deducted to my av since 2018 for premium membership. Planet fitness is 24 hours now in Lancaster… Sabrina’s big attitude won’t keep the members for long…

Pretty sure there are not supposed to worms growing in the pool drainage. The sink in the bathroom has been clogged for several days and has stagnant water. They need way more maintenance and cleaning staff.

Would give more stars but the $50 maintenance fee they charge you and equipment will still be broken or boarding broken 😂 jacuzzi has been down over 3 weeks now …

This gym is great. Pretty clean, everything is spaced out and parking is plentiful

Good gym, clean, plenty of workout machines, studio group classes and friendly instructors. Don't forget members may bring a friend on Fridays.
