today was my first day at crunch laredo texas on san dario the gym is not as big as they were promoting it, it has the basics something i didn't like is that if you go between 6-7 am half of the treadmills are reserved for a class so you can't do cardio if you're in trufit or another gym stay where you are it's not worth it what's next they going to reserved benches on chest day o do I have to pay extra to reserve mine

Be careful because they give you a contract that, if you sing it you agree not to cancel within 60 days. But at first they tell you you can cancel at any time. They tried to get me but they did not. And when I wanted to cancel the manager get a little upset.

The Crunch Fitness app states that this gym location is open. When I went there and saw there was construction going on outside of the place and saw a tent for Crunch Fitness I went to ask on of the employees if the gym was open and they stated that is was close. I then stated why is that Crunch Fitness app stated that this location was open and not closed. She then stated to me that I can go to Planet Fitness in which I replied if I wanted to go to Planet Fitness I would but I spent all this money on this membership to go here. So if you’re a employee of Crunch Fitness why are you referring customers of yours to the competition.

The gym is big enough to feel empty, even when full. Clean restrooms and unspotted mirrors for those much loved flex pictures are on point. Did I mention the service isn't making you feel like you're bothering them? Trust Me. I Love ALL Gyms, but this one tickles my Heart of Fitness.

Updated Review: (from 5 stars to 2)This gym has the basics : cardio and elliptical equipment, pullies, weight stations and free weights.Group classes: zumba, spinning, and other classes available.Busy in evening (after work) or early (before 8:00 am). They do open late Sunday 12:00 and close early 5:00. But most other days schedule is good.Update : Prices just went up as they became area fit; no major promised upgrades inside however. Besides a few treadmills that needed to be replaced- nothing else except a new higher price.Time to move on to another gym.
