I’m a person that is always on the run and this Gym is absolutely the best. It all starts from the staff to the manager. I’d like to add also that I felt the safest there during Covid-19, the manager had everyone cleaning around the clock till this day. Plus everyone is very helpful I recommend!!!!

Very good experience at the gym and with customer service. There was a misunderstanding with my account unfreezing during the pandemic and the staff and manager were very prompt and professional in solving my issue. I can’t wait to go back. Their facilities have great new equipment, and everything is sanitized and within CDC guidelines.DEFINITELY RECOMMEND ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

I called “yesterday” (12am now) and got linked with Joe at the front . I told him I wanted to try the free day pass and he told me to come down. Soon as I walked in I was greeted and filled out my form and got my work out in. The first thing I will compliment is the room dedicated to heavy bags. They are AMAZING & so is the room! The weight of the bag is perfect for kickboxing. The length is good also. The room itself smelled so good too. My impression leaving this gym is that it is the nicest smelling gym I’ve ever been to. Lol. Professional, clean and friendly staff. If I wasn’t moving back to austin I’d sign up here. Thanks guys

I've been at planet fitness since Jan 2020; before covid, I did not see the value. My membership expires in a few day's and I am switching things up and heading to Crunch.

With the current situation, Crunch is staying clean and following all the precautions! It’s one of the gyms here in Laredo that is doing everything possible to stay safe. In my opinion, one of the best gyms!
