Great location with very friendly staff.Brad the training manager is great, always there to answer questions and had some great training sessions.

Parking is terrible; inside layout is bad, poor placement of equipment. Trainers are super pushy here, loud, bad music. Locker rooms were clean

Not transparent. No customer service or anyone to help. Will find any way to charge you more and not let you cancel. Have to cancel in person and will not give any refunds based off of contracts not explained at the time even though marketing says cancel anytime and the employees make it all sound carefree and leave out the fact that they require over $70 to cancel. The employees are not honest at all on how binding and expensive the contract is plus extra fees. Con artist franchise. Go to a gym with a real customer service team that will let you cancel when you want and be transparent with you like any normal respectable business. To add to the scam I Was told I would be paying $11 a month on sign up but they’re charging me nearly $17 each month and when I wanted it clarified they gave a roundabout answer that didn’t make sense and failed to fix anything. It’s like they’re just trained to keep talking before they try to sell you on something else. Go to a real gym with customer service not run by a sketchy franchise owner making sus contracts and deceitful marketing to make a buck

This crunch is ridiculous im a peak member with nationwide access out of texas was in town to workout and bring a guestThe guest was told they needed to hold their ID and keys as collateral during his workoutI informed them that it is illegal to hold an ID as they are not a government agencyOr a peace officer they can simply check an Id to release liability from themselves however they cant hold IDs neither can bars .Because of me simply knowing my rights the manager refused to let me workout and use my membership

Excellent facility. More equipment than I need, but it certainly gets used. Always clean and in good repair. They have a friendly staff always seeming to be available to answer questions or assist.

Great staff! Well maintained equipment. Very clean locker rooms.Addendum : I started doing personal training with Oliver Ash a few months ago. He has helped me with achieving my fitness goal of getting stronger for running. He has been able to modify exercises appropriate for my personal needs as I am in my 50's with some problems with arthritis. Great personal trainer. Thanks Crunch!!!

The staff here were the nicest and most helpful people I have ever met in any gym, the members were all kind and the environment was extremely welcoming and friendly. The equipment was all pretty new and great quality, and it’s a big gym as well. First time I came here I had one of the best workouts I’ve ever had for a while, I also love that they’ve got a fridge full of protein shakes and pre workout drinks and such. Great experience!

So my card got hacked or I had a fraud alert and had to cancel my card. Now Crunch says cancel anytime all over their marketing. So with my card being canceled I kinda wanted to go to another gym so I did. Months later I now have a collection agency calling me. Now this doesn’t make sense to me because if I were to go to the gym I would not have access. But you’ll charge my “account” and tell me I have a balance. I haven’t gone back since. It’s a gym. It says cancel anytime. I get I could have came in and canceled but my card stopped so I figure non payment would cancel my account. These gyms are all scams. Act like your my car loan or something. I’m half tempted to goto a lawyer but I’m guessing you’re car loan like paper work has something in there. I pay all my stuff on time always and now my credit goes down because of crunch gym.

BEWARE I was also scammed by the personal training department! Read the other reviews! DEFINITELY READ the agreement and ask any questions BEFORE signing the agreement. Andy the trainer manager was not honest with me and conned me into have to pay an additional payment, then blamed me for not reading the agreement that might as well be in a foreign language, the verbiage is almost illegible.Months ago I went in to cancel my paid in full personal training contract. He said he just going to freeze my account for 3 months in case I change my mind. He did not tell me that if I freeze instead of cancel, I will be responsible for another payment. I went into officially cancel and he informed me that I am stuck making another payment and it’s my fault that I did not read the original contract that I signed 4 months ago. He definitely intentionally misled me.I can’t believe they allow these slimey sales tactics.Just be careful when you sign anything as a crunch member.Crunch as a whole and ABC financial (their payment company) do not care about their members at all. They treat you like you’re the issue when they screw you over.On a completely separate situation last year, I was overcharged and NEVER received my refund.
