Im curious why the gym has members spraying and wiping down equipment with disinfectant that states it takes 10 mins and air dry to kill anything. It's just for appearances to keep the place open and draw in new members I guess. It is WAY too packed even without a pandemic. It sucks because I love going and this gym has so much to offer but 6 guys standing around showing each other their phones meanwhile I can't walk anywhere bear the machine I need. Ive lost all respect for Crunch.

Horrible management , horrible rude staff & ran poorly. I had a horrific experience today and others days for their piss poor customer service. I am all up for CDC guidelines and staying healthy that why I choose to go to a gym. This staff chooses to selectively choose and pick on certain people. They literally spend more time policing some corporate policies than they ever spend on you health, cleaning or helping. They literally patrol the 5 feet entrance of the front door, “Do you have a Mask?” Ok, I get the mask rule and need for it. But you need mask, to walk 5 feet and then join 100’s of customers sharing weight and equipment. If you are lucky enough ugh to make it these 5 weed without getting rudely questioned. Then comes the towel police. I never knew of a towel rule. I came a dozen other times and never asked / questioned. I told the rude guy, sorry I wasn’t aware. He stated, I refuse to let you in the gym due to cdc rules and don’t want to get shut down. I asked to speak to a manager. Well this 10,000 sf facility has no manager on duty. I asked him to call the manager. I questioned the manager who was just a rude also. He stated the towel was a club rule and not a health rule. Which is it? I asked if I could not borrow a towel or could he assist me until next time, so I can prepare for this unsolicited rule. No. Then I find an old nasty car cleaning piece of a towel in my truck. Well, I go back into the gym. Do you whole dog and pony check in again. Sir, we need to t all you tempature from walking outside. The machines reads 99.3. Sir, we are refusing you acces again. Go stand by the door, until your tempature drops 2/10 of a degrees. No chairs, lobby or waiting area. Finally goes down and I am afforded the opportunity to enter the gym that I have paid monthly to use for the last 12 months. Packed gym, packed Equipement, 100’s of members sharing sweat, no mask and no Crunch staff cleaning anything. They do provide paper towels everywhere inside or wipe everything down. Why the need for personal towels?Next, Do I get a credit when you gym was closed? Hell no. Not even an extra month or appology of closure. Just auto Debits for services never rendered. This is a service industry, I recommend to never use this clubs services. It sucks and all they care about it auto debit. They don’t really truly care about your health, just money and piss poor rude staff. Guarantee they will be out of business by end of year if they treat everyone as rudely as I was treated!

I had the same issue as someone else who complained about trying to cancel his membership without success. So after sending out an email to cancel my membership and receiving no answer, the next day I showed up at the gym, talked to the assistant manager and told him that I wanted to cancel my membership . He then asked me to sign on their digital pad to make it official, except I was never given anything back to prove it. After sending several emails asking to cancel my membership, I finally received an answer back from their customer service asking me to show up in person in order to cancel. They conveniently have no record of me cancelling the membership and they are still keep trying to bill my credit card for a something I no longer want.

This is a great gym, however it is ALWAYS crowded and you always have to wait to use the free weights because there is no space. I really wish this was a 24 hour gym, it would really help with the over crowding and I am sure more people would love a 25 hour gym.. I am considering canceling due to this issue.

1. We keep getting hit with fees, even when we froze our accounts. They want to charge us $20 to down grade our memberships to basic, since it isn't safe to do group classes. I have made several attemps to get billing issues fixed. All I get is, "We'll look into it".2. The gym is swarming with people without masks, that walk within a few feet of people all over the gym. Restaurants and stores require patrons to wear masks when you walk around. It is concerning why Crunch doesn't require this.3. I rarely ever see anyone wipe down free weights and some equipment after touching and breathing over all it.

My minor daughter was able to sign a membership agreement and workout without a parent signature. She was not even able to get a copy of the agreement until we called the finance company that services the gym. She was told by parents to go in and cancel her membership, which she did, but they held her to the agreement and made her pay for 3 months' of dues PLUS the annual fee!. After many calls and emails we were not able to get the monthly fees back. Very poor customer service in resolving this matter and no professional communication from an experienced manager. Beware that teens can go in and sign up for a membership without parents' knowledge and be stuck for fees that they might not realize will be charged. Lesson learned about slick gyms.(RESPONSE) My daughter was 17 at the time. Managers Brittney and Nigel and Area Manager Desmond did nothing to rectify the situation other than refund the annual fee she was also forced to pay. Also when she signed up she was not told that she needed a parent's signature before she could work out, heck she worked out immediately after signing on the dotted line (digitally). They even looked at her driver's license and had a conversation about her upcoming birthday. Their emails back to me were only signed "The Management" so no one would take ownership of their response. Maybe someone from the TVJ ownership group would like to hear about the way this gym is run.

There is a reason why Crunch is not accredited by the Better Business Bureau. I walked into the gym and cancelled my membership before the 2 week billing cycle period. I was still charged the next billing cycle. I tried to get my money back but they told me it was my fault for not coming into the store. I gave them the day and time I cancelled and they still refused to give me my full refund.(Response) Did you read the complaint guy? Ridiculous. I live an hour away I made a specific trip just to cancel my membership but conveniently you have no record after you've already charged my account. i can give you the exact day and time frame I walked in and canceled, but no, you're telling me I didn't so it must true. I'll save this message and check back in periodically. I wouldnt want my comment to conveniently disappear. You're a thief and deserve 1 star.

I love this gym. A bit smaller than I’m used to since I’m coming from Gold’s (moved states) and went to LA before that. It’s much nicer, tho. They have basically everything you could want and it’s very clean. Staff is extremely friendly and helpful if you need anything at all. Can not recommend it more and the price is great for what you get!

Started back after they reopened and I was pleasantly surprised. They are continually cleaning and the gym is large enough to keep a comfortable distance. I highly recommend Crunch and you can’t beat the pricing. The personal trainers are great and not pushy but very helpful. Signed up with Chad for my sessions and had a great first workout.

Everyone is so encouraging and accepting. From the moment you walk in and see Syreena’s smiling face, pushing you to challenge yourself but to be safe at the same time. The instructors are great, the friends you make are even better and you leave knowing you really got an awesome workout in. There are multiple areas of fitness, conditioning, mobility & progression movements. Cleanliness and social distancing per CDC guidelines. Gym has extra guidelines to maintain a safety atmosphere for all the enjoy! Highly recommend this gym.
