Crunch Fitness - Seminole

They close the bathrooms, the only bathrooms, right in the middle of the day for cleaning. Every other gym can somehow do it at night after closing but not here. You need to go to the coffee shop next door if you have the audacity to need to relieve yourself at 2:30 in the afternoon. Yeah, the sign is posted.. but it turns out bladders and bowels can't read.

Best gym around. Clean, tons of equipment, lots of class options, friendly staff, and the price is right. Definitely a fun, safe environment. One of my favorite places to be on a weekday morning!

I just want to thank the staff very much for working on Christmas Eve!! They are hard working and show dedication to the company and members when giving up their time on the holiday to let members still workout. I am a relatively average shape 51 year old that decided to take my health in my own hands. I hired a personal trainer here and am feeling excellent! I highly recommend! The place is clean and has a lot to offer.

While traveling, I was in Florida for 3 months and decided to get a gym membership from Crunch Fitness. I participated in the Kickstart program with W. It was an introductory personal training session for $10. After realizing I cannot afford personal training, W asked me what's the lowest I can go. I told W $50 a month. W convinced me to pay $165 (spread out over 3 months) for a few personal training sessions. He assured me that this was not reoccurring payment. I canceled my Crunch Fitness membership when I left Florida. 6 months later I noticed a monthly $165 charged to my credit card under the name ABC Financial. After contacting ABC Financial, I realized these charges were from Crunch Fitness Seminole.Whatever you do, make sure you realize that the personal training is completely separate from the Crunch Fitness Membership. Crunch Fitness will not tell you that you have to cancel your personal training separately from your gym membership when you are canceling. Crunch Fitness will deceivingly charge your account under a different name so you don't notice you're being charged. Crunch Fitness will continue to charge you for personal training and never contact you about the personal training sessions... even if you're in another state. I was charged a total of $990. I'm not even in Florida... I did not receive a single email, text, or call from W or Crunch Fitness about the personal training I paid for 6 months. They would have kept charging me under ABC Financial for many more months.

I've been working out at Seminole for over a year and have had a trainer, Cameron! Between him and the club itself, I've seen so many results in the time that I've been here. He is an awesome trainer and Patrick at the front desk is so helpful!

Refuses to canceled a month to month contract, despite not opening the location in Tyrone which I had originally intended to work out at. Called their main office and local gym, even went into their member services website to request cancellation and still cannot get them to. Terrible service! Absolutely do not recommend.Claims a required physical signature, yet processes all paperwork at time of signing digitally. There is clearly a firm disconnect in process.

Worst company to work for. Beyond unprofessional from racial comments, assistant general managers mother (cleaner) getting in my face to call me a cry baby “Bi***” to being called fat . Ugly and other names . Great gym to workout at but NOT to work in. General manager does not care about her staff at all Neither does area manager nor the regional manager . Was charged $41 dollars for “MY”membership that I never paid a cent on nor my Signuture was written. Was told the charge was from someone else’s account but it was due to a cxled membership . NEVER apply here at seminole crunch fitness . YOU WILL regret every momment of it . All they care about is themselves and cover behind one another’s lies . Assistant general manager Michael Clark has 5 different fake memberships as well as a 5pk that he puts. weeks , months and day passes towards WATCH OUT

I had the opportunity to workout out at crunch during my vacation. This location is big , clean and had lots of equipment. Various classes and personal training is available too. I wish my local crunch in Canada was this nice. Great job team Seminole

If I could leave zero stars I would. My husband and I canceled our membership in person per what they told us when we signed up. We even communicated how hesitant we were to sign up for fear of them being difficult to cancel. They assured us it was simple and they weren't like other gyms. They were right about that, they are worse. We canceled and were told we'd have to pay that month which was fine, we moved out of state and they are STILL after us. THREE YEARS LATER. I will NEVER recommend them and I am LIVID that they are so incompetent. We have gone back in when we were in town and we've been told it will be taken care of and it STILL isn't. Unprofessional doesn't even begin to cover it.
