Crunch Fitness - Seminole

This is the WORST Gym ON PLANET. All staff are not professional at all and they are misbehaved. They make you feel that everything is fine before you sign up with them, and once you sign up they will throw charges at you out of no where that were never mentioned by anyone before. They wanted to charge me the annual fee twice in one year. Annual means it is once a year, so it does not make any sense to charge you an annual fee twice in one year. They throw your belongings away without checking to whom they belong to first. Such a terrible place, terrible staff, and very rude.

Not happy. This is twice the same situation has happened. Its all about their strict cleaning schedule of the bathrooms and sauna, that has to be done exactly between 2:30 -3:00. I know the schedule and I know they announce it over the loud speakers, thats not the point. So, I ask why they couldn’t accommodate me and give me five minutes. Their response was we have a strict schedule, so I ask who says its has to be so strict, Crunch says. So, I ask for a telephone numberof the corporate office, no we a franchise, I ask for number to owners, no can’t do that, well who setsthe schedule? and why does it have to be so strict, why couldn’t it be from 2:35-3:05? I was not able to get a phone number for anyone but was told that a manager would call me. Oh, almost forgot, when the male trainer came into the sauna, he said get your shirt on and get out. Very nice way to treat a member of four years. Now, they will dispute this review, like they did last time, but the truth hurts sometimes!!

Horrible experience with this gym! Stay away!!! Made a subscription for my wife and that's how all begun. First month they double charge me and to the question why is that they said wait for the second charge and see what happens. Guess what second month double charge again! Nobody knows why from the guy behind the counter and continue to the manager, GM, super visor of the GM. All their mantra is "I DON'T KNOW". They use some third party company for payments so I called them to find out that I'm paying for some other person that I never knew and who they attached to my payment info. Then they won't refund my money back and I had to open a despute with my bank for the double charge. But it was not over yet, six days after my account was double charged for the monthly fee they charged my credit card for no reason and nobody knows why is this happening again. I have a feeling that this issue can be only resolved in the court. Will follow up with the outcome.

Used to love Crunch, but sadly I’ve come to dread my daily workout here. There’s a revolving door of staff, and the crowding as well as the group classes that monopolize large areas of the gym has made it hard to get a workout in. Unfortunately I am unable to go at any “non-peak” hours, or any other time than I have been going for the past 2 years. I used to have no problem jumping into my routine, and rarely had to wait for equipment. That’s not the case anymore. It really does make me sad, this used to be one of the best gyms I’d ever belonged to.Edit: I have mixed emotions about this gym. There’s some things I absolutely love & others that I can’t stand.Pros: clean environment, decent amount of equipment, the staff is amazing & so friendly (wasn’t always that way)Cons: hours aren’t that great, especially weekends. It gets CROWDED. Group classes still get in the way of other gym goer’s. Depending on the time of the year, gym etiquette can be hard to find.All that being said, I don’t plan on going elsewhere for now.

I've been to alot of gyms and this place is top notch. It's clean, equipment is up to date and in excellent working condition. They offer a wide variety of classes and change up the schedule every quarter. I especially enjoy the challenging HIIT classes. The front desk are welcoming and friendly. Money well spent here!

I have really enjoyed going to this gym. It is always clean, staff is friendly, and there is plenty of equipment to use. I love that I don't have to wait for a squat rack.

Crunch Seminole is absolutely one of the best gyms around. There’s a wide variety of equipment, the gym is super clean and the group fitness classes and instructors are some of the absolute BEST!!! Not to mention a great front desk staff! If you are looking for a gym to call home you definitely need to check out this location.

Gym is packed at all times of the day. Equipment is decent. They will constantly hound you to sign up for their personal trainers. Calls, emails…it’ll never end. Cancelling is a nightmare. You have to give them 30 days notice. They’ll require you to pay for 3 more months after you cancel. Non-payments will be sent to collections. I’d suggest reading their contract first, then choose a different gym. Do not recommend

All of the negative reviews on here are true. This place is downright predatory. Went on vacation, so I spoke to my trainer about pausing payments, we went up to the desk to speak to them and I was told that it was all settled. Two payments later, I find out the account was never frozen because there was no paperwork filled out. Why didn't my trainer inform me of that? Why didn't the desk workers inform me of that? That's literally their job, is it not? And of course there is no apology refunds or discounts, just an additional fee because I'm now cancelling everything. No, I have no desire to continue going to a gym that doesn't respect it's customers. Save yourself the hassle, if you sign up here you'll be out at least $400 before they let you cancel.

Crunch Seminole is the best gym I have ever been a part of. The staff are like family, and all make an extra effort to get to know you while helping make the gym experience special. All of the instructors are very knowledgeable and create amazing classes that never feel stagnant. My personal trainer has been an integral part of me getting myself back, and living a healthy, happy life. I have grown so much at this gym, and am very thankful for all of the staff. Wouldn’t know what I would do without the Crunch Seminole team.
