I feel supported during every session by the instructors. They actively watch: suggest modifications, gently offer corrections and reassurance.The facility is spotless with a family feel.

My wife LOVES the workouts, the instructors, and the overall environment! Childcare is offered a few times through the week which helps when you have a 3 yr old. Highly recommend

From the moment I walked in the door I felt like I belonged. The studio is clean and beautiful. The staff is awesome and cares. I love the e-mails ant texts from them. The workout is intense and amazing!

I’ve been here a couple times with my mom. I absolutely adore the friendly staff and trainers. The equipment is all very new and clean and I love the format of SPENGA! Definitely worth your buck and try.

If you do a “free trial” class, they will charge you $200 a month without telling you. I literally had to see it in my bank statement before I realized I had been paying them. I clearly had never gone except for the free trial class, and they refused to refund the money or put it towards a membership that I’m actually aware of.
