I love this place! This has definitely been part of my sanity during the pandemic. So clean and they have really invested time and money into keeping it clean and safe. I am a 5 am-er, and there is no better way to get the day started! It gets me up and moving! The instructors are amazing and make sure that you are doing your workouts properly. Definitely check out Spenga Seminole!
