Great adjustable bench from a great company! The setup was ridiculously quick and easy and it was very well packaged upon arrival. Oh, and I hit a rep PR the first time I put it to the test! Can’t beat that! I also had an opportunity to speak with the owner of Crandall Fitness and he was very pleasant and friendly and I wouldn’t hesitate even in the slightest to order more equipment from CF.

Top notch. I purchased an adjustable bench from them. The thing is a work of art and built like a tank! Shipping was quick and easy and it arrived a few days later. This thing will definitely be the centerpiece of my little home gym for years to come. I look forward to my next purchase from Crandall!As a side note, I had some small shipping damage on the back pad. Sent an email on a Friday afternoon and got a response almost immediate. Quick call with Shaun and he's getting me a whole new pad sent out. That's some amazing customer service!

Excellent customer service. Excellent product. The staff were easily engaged on questions about the bench I was interested in, and personally updated me on the progress of the shipment along the way. The packaging for the bench was excellent and was delivered without any issues. This bench compares equally with other more well known brands, if not better due to customer service, quality and durability of the bench. I have personally recommend Crandall over multiple other brands due to my experience with buying this bench and my experience using it. Great people. Great product!

Had some minor damage (all cosmetic) from shipping with a couple curl bars I had ordered, but Crandall Fitness quickly emailed and messaged me as soon as he saw my review on their website. They are currently working with me to address the issue. Overall, I can personally say they truly care about their customers and offer excellent customer service! The curl bars I received were great had they not incurred damage in shipping. Only improvement or suggestion I would say would be to improve packaging to better mitigate these types of issues with shipping. Even something as simple as wrapping bars in bubble wrap before boxing up or dropping in a tube. That said, I have ordered from Rogue, Rep Fitness, Titan, and others and the risk of damage from shipping is a universal problem with strength equipment. Overall, strongly recommend Crandall Fitness and if you have issues with an order just contact them and they will take care of you.

Was looking for a plate-loaded lat pulldown and I decided to go with Crandall Fitness' and couldn't be happier with my purchase. This thing is built like a tank, the feel and quality of it is just amazing. Got a pair of 30lb dumbbells too. The shipping was fast as I received my items within a week and a half after purchasing (shipped all the way to New Jersey). Customer service and communication was great and they reply really quickly to any questions you may have. Would definitely buy from them again!

Outstanding customer service. I highly recommend them! I worked with Crandall fitness outfitting 3 different fire station gyms. Within 24 hours I was in contact with the owner. I’ve worked with and purchased from several companies before, their fitness equipment is top tier. And looks great! Again I recommend them and look forward to purchasing from them again!

Crandall Fitness has a great selection for your home gym or commercial gym. They are super responsive and very transparent when it comes to selection and shipping, making sure you are completely satisfied with your order.
