I ordered the power rack, zero gap bench, landmine, and aluminum locking collars. As soon as I got everything unpackaged and before I had even set anything up I knew I was happy with the purchase, you just don’t get this kind of heavy duty quality equipment for this price anywhere else. However I realized I was accidentally sent the plastic locking collars instead of the aluminum. So I sent them an email and within 10 minutes, Sean Crandall personally called and assured that he would be sending the correct locking collars and to keep the plastic ones free of charge. With quality products and customer service like that, you can’t go wrong. I wish even half the other companies out there could be like this

Awesome experience from the moment I walked in the store. Staff was extremely helpful and answered all my questions . My order was ready to go. Staff explained in detail what I needed to do to get started on installing my equipment and offered of any question came up to call without hesitation. The install was easy and as described by the staff. The equipment is well made and I’m loving my new home gym set up. My husband purchased a Lat Pulldown and the quality is commercial grade quality equipment. Communication with the owner from start to finish was awesome, right along with the employee at the store.
