Fantastic. I walked in a 175 lb weakling and left six months later a 235 lb behemoth. Worked wonders for my furniture moving business. No more dropping fridges on poor Timmy. Now I just deadlift the #$&! out of everything and toss it into the back of the truck. Timmy included.
