It's much better than any other gym around... Never going back to LVAC. Lots of stations, benches, and cardio equipment. Although it is getting more crowded it is still not bad towards the weekend.

I used to go here for about a year consistently took about 5 months off and came back and it's so busy you don't get to use the equipment you plan on using they need more squat racks they are always full it's irritating no matter what time of day I come in whether 3am or 4pm. Evenings are worse and tons of highschoolers in there. I will try a diffrent location it's a shame cause this one is 2 miles from my house

If you want a place to go work out. It's great, but don't sign up for any of the personal training. It's a sham. I've been through 3 trainers. The first one left to go on maternity leave, that's not the bad part. The issue with that is that I had to track down the manager to set up a new trainer to continue my 6 months of sessions. The second trainer disappeared and never contacted me again. Apparently he was promoted, great for him, but again, no contact from anyone to help me change trainers. The 3rd one, I've had one session, I had to cancel the second, but have not been able to reschedule any sessions with them. It's been a large waste of time and I would suggest spending your money going to a smaller gym if you're looking for that personal training aspect, by with far less corporate overhead. They're quick to take your money, but do not know how to run a successful business correctly.

Was a super good spot a year ago now it’s nonstop crowded. The main reason I got a membership was the 24 hour basketball court but once the kids found out about it now it’s super packed with kids in there for 3-5 hours at a time and it’s even a time limit for when it’s opened. I wish it was a way to rent the courtEdit: today is Feb 8,2023 and I just got a email saying the court for basketball will be redone for more machines…..I’m gonna definitely start looking else where

Absolute worst EOS in Vegas. It doesn’t matter what time you go, every single machine will be taken. It is a shame because it does have nice equipment. I have never seen a gym as crowded as this gym gets at all hours of the day to include at 3 am all days of the week. Childcare is constantly booked fully so you pay for it and never get to use it or they cancel it because they are under staffed. In addition, expect groups of 5-10 teenagers/high schoolers to crowd singular machines throughout. Honestly I am surprised they don’t bust firecode with max capacity with how many people are filling this gym. Miserable place to workout.

Love the variety of classes but unfortunately the pool or jacuzzi is down often & the showers are in deplorable condition. A permanent horrible odor. The inside of the lockers need to be cleaned. They could use some more areas to do free weights by where the ellipticals are. I do interval training combining elliptical & floor exercises/weights & it's very difficult to accomplish there due to the crowded corner by the ellipticals. Also they really need a bathroom upstairs. It is a real hassle to have to go down to the bathroom if I'm in a group class. What are handicapped people supposed to do? I've never been in a gym with two floors that did not have an upstairs bathroom. Also they really need paper towels in the washrooms. Not everybody wants to use hand dryers which I personally find gross. I bring a washcloth to use as a hand towel when I'm there but most people wouldn't think to do that!

Great BIG gym. Cheap at $10/month to use this gym only. I think $20/month to use ALL EOS.LOTS of group classes like Les Mills, AQUA, zumba, Senior Fitness and so much more. Daycare and POOL and open 24 hours! Does get busy at 7pm ike most gyms

Travis suggested I’ll try the personal training service even through he knew I have massive back issues. After two personal sessions my back was in such a bad shape I couldn’t walk. I gave them a dr note and Matt said he will submit everything to the main office and they will stop the charges. They didn’t stop the charges and kept charging my card twice a month. For over 8 months they are promising they will refund the money and nothing…01/20/2023 Update - I email Courtney Rampolla and unfraternally didn't got any replay.

EŌS was very diligent texting and emailing me to join but haven’t got a phone call back from the Training Mgr, or the General manager concerning my one free Training session that they double booked me twice. I scheduled the second time at 5 am and the trainer already had someone there. No apology or any concern. They sure want your $ but have horrible customer service.
