Other than the crowd, this gym is pretty awesome. It has great amenities and classes. Any broken equipment is fixed within the week and the staff are really friendly. I switched to EOS because of the kids club and the squat racks. The kids club is nice, but you can only schedule it the day before. The squat racks are full, with a line of people waiting to use them. I've been to this gym 3 days a week for about 4 weeks and have only been able to use it once. It is a really great gym and I hope they build another one close so the crowd thins out.

Been going here about a month and I'm really unimpressed. It's only been own a few months and it feels like a years old neglected gym. Broken machines, cable machines missing parts, stationary bikes with grinding parts and wobbly seats, saunas that don't work. Bathroom faucets that don't work. It feels like they opened a really nice gum then sat back and said "it'll fix itself". Granted it has more than Planet Fitness but what's with the giant hole in the second floor. What a missed opportunity to have so much extra space but instead you basically gave the first floor a vaulted ceiling. I'll give it a couple more months but this gun did not show up for the long haul.

i LOVE this gym. I got into working out a couple months ago and I tried the other EOS locations but this one was the best one. The staff are so nice I love talking to them. It does get crowded sometimes but that's with every gym. Equipment are all clean and brand new and I like the layout of everything. You should definitely try this gym out if you're looking to sign up somewhere.

Nice, clean facilities. Good equipment/amenities considering the price! My only issue is staff not enforcing masks: I’ve been here multiple times and have seen people have their nose/whole face exposed for most of my workout. Staff does walk around to monitor, but I haven’t seen them correct the members wearing their masks incorrectly. I understand that this location is busy so social distancing is hard to enforce, but I wish they were at least stricter with their mask policy!

It's a decent gym size and equipment-wise they have a good variety, but the initial sign up is pretty scammy. My fiance and I signed up together and paid with the same card, and we were told it's $10 per person to start and that $100 would come out of the account after 2 weeks ($49.99 per person) for the annual fee. What they didn't tell us, or allow us to see in the contract until after signing and emailing it to us, is that the initial $10 we paid (discounted from the normal price if $20) isn't the price of the first month, it's the price of their processing fee, and because that's not the first month's payment, they're also going to charge you for the first month after 2 weeks, which we were unaware of until yesterday when they charged us a total of $150 instead of the $100 we were told. This then leads to the question of how do they decide the cost of the processing fee? Why is it that the normal cost of the processing fee for the highest tier of membership is only $20, but the lowest tier has a processing fee of $129? Is it not the same paperwork they sign up with? Does the lowest tier cost so much more in processing because the process is much more complicated for the employees to complete than it is the other tiers? Seems like a scam to me, because there's absolutely no way it costs any more to process the lowest tiered member than it would the highest tiered, it's just a way for them to leach more money out of us (yet somehow they don't have enough money to fix their scales and hand dryers that have been broken for weeks now). And why give the seemingly false advertisement of "x dollars to start" or hide the actual costs from new customers while they're signing up, if you're not doing anything wrong or scammy? Also, do better cleaning the equipment. If you're not going to hold members accountable for wiping down equipment after use, at least have someone who works there clean the equipment once in a while. It's disgusting when we go to use the machines and they're literally dripping with other people's sweat. I pay to use the gym and have no problem cleaning up after myself, but I'm sure not paying to clean up after other people and take care of your gym for you.

I love this gym, it was still being built before my deployment and once I got back it was complete! They just opened their doors here in January 2021 and its already popular. I would rate it "medium" when it comes to how busy/full it is each time I've been here. They have the works here, everything someone could hope for when it comes to picking heavy stuff up and putting it down. Two stories, top floor has all the treadmills, ellipticals, bikes, and more. Both 1st and 2nd floor have a section meant for personal trainers to murder ..*cough* TRAIN you. They have a cardio movie theater, a 3 lane pool with jacuzzi. Bathrooms are pretty big with saunas. Before you sign up, they give you a full walk through of both floors and explain all the different sections. Cleaning towels/sprays all over the place, so its very clean. Staff is very nice. Apart from the initial sign up fee, I pay $10 a month, includes everything id want. Personal trainers are paid on a per session/per week basis i believe. Not sure what else to say, its very comfortable here, all sorts of people here ranging from the hulks to BBQ Dad bod's like me! I even rock the headband :)

Nice EOS newly built. Very large gym. Also has an indoor swimming pool, indoor basketball courts, sauna, etc. They offer various classes like zumba, cycling, and more. They also have a cinema room where you can cycle while watching a movie on the big screen lights are low in there too. Theres towel service too. Lots of equipment and free weights.

Great location with a lot of equipment. Would recommend at least checking out.Like most gyms avoid the busy times because it’s hard to get onto machines. The environment and the people there are much more enjoyable. I’ve personally been a member at golds and planet for 5+ years. Golds gym is great all around like Eos. Recently moved to vegas and the pf here was just a terrible vibe with limited weights and mainly cardio machines. I’ll always say it, planet fitness has the best business model targeting people who don’t work out mainly well having some great perks. I’m very pleased to have my money going to a gym that targets new/intermediate/advanced fitness levels with much less judgment and a lot better environment. They do have an abundance of perks if you upgrade as well. One gripe I forgot to add because I was enjoying the gym so much. Just a recommendation on handling new member and free trials. When me and my wife did the trial we had to wait awhile to even talk to anyone probably 20/30 minutes. Then whenever we came us being on a trial really held up other guest because someone had to approve it which is understandable but caused a jam at times. The mane gripe was we had an appointment to sign up with someone there and I assume they get commission which is fine. We got a text confirming out appointment and came in at the time we were suppose to and told the person we worked with was with someone else which was a big let down professionally speaking. If you set a time you make it simple as that. Being as I often brush off most things to, “it happens” I told one of the greeters we would just workout vs waiting and just have her come grab us when she was free which also didn’t happen in the hour or so we were there. After that we both just signed up at home which sucks for the employee but busy or not that’s a big letdown to miss times that are established by both parties.Great gym though I look forward being a member and watching it fine tune the kinks.
