LVAC is a big corporate gym... so with that said it's pretty great! Can be extremely busy at their flamingo location. But the place is always clean and machines are almost always working properly. And for the price, you can't beat it!

Far as Gym goes I dont have much problem with it. Cleanness and equipment's can be managed little better. Perhaps some equipment's are too old. They need to be replaced completely. However my main problem is their customer service and billing department. I had credit card theft. When I got the new card I went to both gym to update my card. Neither of the gym had that department at the gym. Instead they gave me card to call the number. Which is Monday to Friday 8am to 5pm. The Problem with that is that's the working hour number for most business'. As result I wasn't able to update card on time. When I explain the reasoning. No matter what they wouldnt budge from Late fee. And I accepted it. Then I asked them, If I can give feedback about their billing and customer service. Rather than listening. They were quick to give their reasoning. It felt as if they didnt care what I have to say. expressing my mind here is only place. I am left with. I recommend everyone not to be under contract with them. If anything get shorter or small membership. It's very difficult to get out of contract. After my membership is complete with them. I am never signing with them again. I will using review for two their locations Rainbow and Flamingo Rd.

Considering this could be a really nice gym, it's not terrible, but it's just a gym - made less palatable by some of the patrons. The pool is okay, but people don't use it correctly. People have tried to hop into a split lane without going correct pace with another swimmer. No one respects the sauna rules. Floors are not as clean as they could be.

I have been a long time member here and for the last few years, their kids club is not organized and they have employees that are rude with the parents and children. They have a reservation system to bring your child to the kids club which is extremely inconvenient. They are always short staffed and claim that they could only allow a certain ratio of kids. Therefore, as a parent you can’t just stop in when you have the time to get a workout. You have to deal with these messy kids club issues. I need to find a new gym.

I am writing to express my deep dissatisfaction and outrage with the conduct and behavior of the LVAC 215 & Flamingo manager, Paul, as well as a specific personal trainer who consistently wears a pink Yankees hat. My experiences with both individuals have been nothing short of deplorable, and it is crucial for you to be aware of these distressing matters.First and foremost, Paul the LVAC gym manager, has repeatedly shown a complete lack of professionalism and integrity. It is disheartening to report that Paul has been involved in teaming up with the personal trainer wearing the pink Yankees hat to mistreat and disrespect gym members, myself included. Their behavior has been nothing short of abhorrent and has created an atmosphere of hostility and discrimination within the gym.I have personally been subjected to derogatory remarks and belittlement from the personal trainer in question. This individual, whose primary responsibility should be to provide guidance and support, has instead chosen to mock and disrespect me.Furthermore, Paul's collusion with this personal trainer has led to the distortion and fabrication of stories against gym members. I have witnessed an instance where they have deliberately lied and twisted facts to protect their interests, at the expense of innocent members. Such behavior is not only unprofessional but also deeply damaging to the trust and camaraderie that should exist within a gym community.I must emphasize that I have been a loyal member of LVAC for a significant period, and it is disheartening to be treated with such disrespect and contempt. The lack of professionalism, integrity, and fairness exhibited by both Paul and the personal trainer has left me with no choice but to terminate my membership with immediate effect. It is my sincere recommendation to anyone considering a gym membership to avoid this LVAC establishment at all costs. The appalling conduct of the staff, particularly the manager and the personal trainer mentioned, has created an environment that is not only unwelcoming but also detrimental to the pursuit of personal fitness goals.I hope you take this complaint seriously and investigate the matter thoroughly. It is imperative that the LVAC management team addresses these issues promptly and takes appropriate actions to rectify the situation. A gym should be a place of support, encouragement, and inclusivity, and the current state of affairs at this gym is a complete departure from those ideals.I genuinely hope no other gym member has to endure such a distressing experience.

There is ample parking for this location of the las vegas athletic club(LVAC). I believe that this one is fairly identical to the other lvac in town. It is decently maintained. The staff is nice and professional. They have trainers, group exercise classes and a juice bar.

Been to quite a few locations in the valley and I do like this one a lot.As an athlete myself, I prefer the demographic here. A bit younger and a lot of other athletes/people who love the gym.But don't let that intimidate you! Everyone is friendly and helpful.Have never been inside the women's gym so can't speak for that area.

I went to this location with my mom to start our membership and it was a unique experience! Garland was very upbeat and gave us a tour. I thought the tour would take forever because how big the gym is, but it was fast and we didn’t feel rushed. It was very clean and didn’t stink in there which is a big plus compared to overcrowded, smaller gyms. If y’all ever go to LVAC go to this location and ask for Garland. All the people there were friendly, but he made it personable.

I’ve been a member since before this location opened and have been coming here since.. it’s convenient and offers a lot of variety for staying in shape. Sadly the cleanliness and sanitation have continued to decline.. specifically the pool and sauna area. Mold continues to grow in the sauna on the tile and under the benches. The white tile in the dry sauna has blood stains on it that have been there for months. (By the window)The smell is horrible and no one manages people continuing to enter with their shoes on and athletic attire. The water in the jacuzzi is often very dirty.. the water fountain also is unsanitary.. management has been informed numerous times. Yet rarely addressed. No one checks the pool area for cleanliness or following guidelines. It’s really sad to see as this used to be a great facility to go to. In my experience in business it doesn’t matter how old your facility is as long as your approach is “like new First class” sadly the management doesn’t really care or has low standards with regard to sanitation. I see the ads to recruit new members. I wonder if the attention is made to retaining current members.. the hope is at some point someone steps in to fix these items and bring it back to what it used to be.
