Absolutely love this program, such an amazing full body workout in only an hour. I've spent hours in the gym with trainers with less results. Recommend for every person of every fitness level. My only complaint about OTF is their incredibly long cancellation window. 8 hours is a really long time, alot can happen in that space of time. Its really inconvenient as you cant book into a class in advance without being charged if you need to cancel.

Let me start by saying I’ve never belonged to a gym or felt comfortable working out and Orangetheory has changed that! The gym is always exceptionally clean and impeccably maintained. All of the staff is friendly and extremely accommodating! The workouts vary and keep the classes feeling fresh and exciting. The engery in the room pushes you out of your comfort zone and drives my workouts further than ever. The trainers, especially my personal favorite Crystal, push and guide you through each exercise. Each trainer is available to correct form and offer personalized feedback, truly the next best thing next to a personal trainer. It’s an hour of hard work that’s well spent! 10/10 Would recommend.

I love that I know how many calories I’m burning! I love how everything is organized, streamlined, and super sanitary. I like knowing that I’m never going to be in an over crowded room either!

Hands down the best calorie burn workout. Having your heart rate and calorie burn posted live really pushes you to be better than previous workouts.

Good if you're not in shape and need help getting there. Very regimented, not too customizable.

Visiting from San Diego-Eastlake and Mary killed it! Strength day and squeeze in 1 minute all-out between transitions! OTF rules!

I started going here in August 2017 to get fit for a cruise I'll be on at the end of this month (October). For two months, I did the unlimited package. Feeling the need to get the most out of the $150/month, I took 16 classes in the first month. The 2nd month, I only got 6 in. Big jump! I burned myself out. My suggestion is to realistically think about what you can handle; I have arthritis in both ankles from professional dancing so it started wearing down on me. I still go, but I cut my package to 4 a month. All that said, the workouts themselves are amazing! The HIIT on treadmill, followed by HIIT on the floor exercises, mixed with rowing, and each class different from the rest makes it fun and challenging. I always get a mighty good sweat in there, and the instructors are motivating. My personal favorite is Crystal because she really pays attention to everyone and their capabilities. If you suck at coming up with your own routine and burning enough calories on your own, you have to at least try this once... And the first class is free! What do you have to lose?

Seriously OTF changed my life. I was out of shape and starting to “feel my age” and not liking it. It’s amazing to see my transformation in just a couple of months. The thing I like best is I show up and they tell us what to do. I don’t have to think about what exercise I’ll do next. I just get ‘er done! Thanks OTF for giving me a better life!

Love the space. It’s big and open, and it’s easy to get from one space to the next. Especially nice during switches and combination blocks. I also love that each instructor has their own way of coaching. It makes for a nice variety.
