IT WORKS!!! I have been going to Orange Theory since 4/3/17 and I love it.I have been member of .any local gyms and just wasted money. No disrespect to other gyms, but only "you" know what you like, and what works for you. I was clueless up until the first class I tried with a best friend (who is a member) in Ballard, WA. I thought it was very thoughtful that I was properly and respectfully introduced to their machines and how to get the best workout using them. As soon as the music started and I heard and felt the energy in the coaches voice...I FOUND MY PLACE! The Orange Theory Coaches really, and actually Coach you! Help making sure that you benefit the most from your 1 hour workout. Trust me!!! This is not only my place of fitness, this is My Fitness Family, and yours tooð

It's a bit pricey, but WELL WORTH IT! THE staff and instructors are AMAZING, CARING AND FUN! You will LOVE how you feel when you leave....ENERGIZED, ACCOMPLISHED and EAGER to share your experience with others.Give it a try...they offer a free trial day, so you can see how you like it before signing up. But I can guarantee you will be joining LOL.

Great customer service and excellent workout! As a visiting member from another OT location, I was very impressed with the quick onboarding process from the OT staff in order to be admitted into the morning workout that I requested. Very courteous and accommodating staff!

This location opened recently so they where offering a slightly lower rate if you joined before the actually opening day. I had just had a baby in Jan. so I wanted to figure out where I could go to do a work out and was seriously considering Orange Theory as I liked the idea of an hour long intensive workout and then be done. After emailing back and forth with one of the representatives he kept telling me I needed to come in and talk with him so I did do that.Once there, they went out their whole program with me (which was a lot of nickle and dime'ing.... in that the monthly fee was really high then on top to that you pay for a heart monitor which isn't cheap either... but I felt fine with it as long as I was really going to go! Which I was. But then they mentioned there is a charge for signing up for a class and missing it. At this point I decided I needed to think about it before enrolling which is what I said. Because I had a newborn whom was sitting on my lap as I talked to the sales rep.... I said his Dad's schedule isn't set my husband is a locksmith so there is no way for me to know when I would have someone to watch him I need to think about. He said that is fine let's have you fill out the paperwork and then you can call me back and let me know what you choose to do....On the paperwork they wanted credit card information. I told him I am not sure if I will or won't be doing this, but if I do I wanted to get the lower rate obviously. He said you should just take the 1 free class and see if it's a good fit for you and I said I would try and do that but if I enroll I will probably use a different credit card because I needed to ask husband's permission to use his card. So they knew I was using someone else's card and that there was a strong chance I wouldn't actually enroll.I never did even take the on free class. I found a fitness program that worked well for bringing my child along and our crazy schedule. A few months later I got a text from the sales rep saying we haven't seen you in while. I found out they charged his card 130.00!I never once went to a class. Now I understand I shouldn't have filled out that paper but sense I didn't even go to anything, common curiosity you'd think they'd reverse the charge sense I never received anything from them. NO, they were completely inconsiderate towards me and rude actually. I really would have gone there in the future, my son will be going to pre-school starting at a year old so I would have time to go to OT then, but now I do not lan on ever going there! They acted like they where doing me a favor by not charging HIS card again for a cancelation fee. A cancelation fee for what?! This is bad customer service, this is dishonest sales tactics I only filled out that form because I was trying to lock in a rate I didn't realize I was signing to enroll right then and there and I was very clear about not using his card. I am just upset with how unapologetic they were calling it MY mistake to throw that in my face. There are a million types of gyms to choose from in Vegas, my advice go somewhere else because GOD FORBID you have an issue with OT they will not give a care!

This location is by far my favorite in Las Vegas! The staff and coaches are absolutely amazing and attentive. The studio itself is very clean, organized, and everything is easily accessible. I would definitely recommend this location to anyone that is interested in getting started with Orangetheory! Absolutely amazing workouts and staff. Thanks again guys :)

I just wanted to say that I LOVE this studio and all there staff! I have done gym memberships, boot camps, and personal training in the past. But this is a whole different level!! I am always greeted at the door, and they are always attentive to my concerns. From the moment I signed up, everything was explained to me thoroughly and clearly. I knew exactly what I was getting into, and made sure to ask questions (that were always answered). I looovvvveeee the transformation I am seeing in my body and health. I am really happy here because i'm not just another number at a gym. The staff, trainers, and manager actually care about and encourage me in my fitness journey. I can't wait to get all my family and friends in here with me! 5 stars all the way around!! :D

Orange Theory at Spring Valley location has HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!!They offered a 2 week free trial. Due to my busy schedule with school, work, and kids. I wasn't ready to sign up. I called the day before the processing date to let them know I wasn't ready to join. I spoke to Alec, and he said I can come in the following morning to sign the cancellation form. To make a long story short, they charge my account $240 before I came in to sign papers. The manager, Yatty said that she was standing next to him when she heard Alec tell me that I had to sign papers the day I called, which was NOT TRUE! Therefore, they could not refund me my money. No matter who I spoke to, nobody was willing to listen to what I had to say... Orange Theory is amazing! However, this specific location has VERY POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE!!! I highly recommend anyone who is interested to join at a different location.

For someone who hasn't worked out in over five (5) years, I was kind of intimidated with starting Orangetheory cause of the fast paced workouts they do. However, each class became easier and easier for me with the help of all the staff and trainers! Yatty's team is insanely fun & professional! From my favorite trainers Jordan, Crystal, and Mary to the support staff Denise, Alex, Stina, and Alec... YOU GUYS ARE THE BEST! Thank you so much for making my #RoadTo125 so exciting! Love you all!
