The staff is friendly and well trained in all body and brain Yoga, Tai Chi, and Qi Gong. I have not been able to do many activities since my back injury but Barbara and Sholeh have helped me regain my core strength and flexibility back in a gentle way. The students that go to river walk have no ego and are super friendly also. All of the classes offered here help clear stress and negative energy from the body so you leave with an uncluttered mind. 🙏 Jonathan!!

I just recently joined and this is the place I have been in search of for a long time. If you are in search of how to promote peace, physical as well as inner strength, and calm in your life, like I have been, I highly recommend you look into joining Brain & Body. Co-owners Barbara and Sholeh are amazing to work with at the Riverwalk location. Best investment you can make for yourself! Highly recommend and look forward to seeing you there!

Body and Brain Riverwalk is an amazing place to practice a very unique style of Yoga (Korean) and learn how to manage well the body and brain connection. Sholeh and Barbara are outstanding guides. They provide exceptional personal and group instruction. I highly recommend them!

Highly recommended!! I have tried different yoga programs and this is by far the most rewarding. Brain & Body offers a unique, professional and personalized yoga experience. The co-owners & instructors -- Sholeh and Barbara -- have created a very supportive, friendly and welcoming community and I look forward to every class!! The classes are fantastic. In addition to building my core strength and flexibility, I am learning about and experiencing the importance of energy and the mind-body connection and how I can use this outside of class to help me in my everyday life. The instructors do genuinely care about each member. They are there to advise, encourage and support you through your journey, and help you meet your goals.

Taking that first step and registering for a class with Barbara and Sholeh was one of the best things I did for myself this year in 2020. Like many throughout this unprecedented Covid-19 era, I was feeling stressed out, sluggish and had minimal energy (on top of that, I am pregnant)! However, when I began taking classes at Body & Brain, in person, my stress levels instantly when down and my energy went up. The precautions the studio takes are top-notch (masks, tape-marked indications on the ground for distanced mat placement). I feel completely comfortable and relaxed for my in-person classes. Alternatively, the studio offers numerous virtual classes as well. I could not say enough wonderful things about the studio, the instructors, and the positive impact it has had on my physical, emotional, and spiritual health. Thank you so much, Barbara and Sholeh!

Highly recommend taking classes here. The space is always clean, airy and the teachers here are some of the best. They really care about helping each individual, based on level of practice. Tea at the end of class just adds to this one of a kind experience. I find myself returning here as frequently as possible because of how energetically, physically and mentally healing it is. I really love Body and Brain Yoga at Riverwalk. I felt a very strong connection to yoga and yoga teachers Barbara and Sholeh from the very beginning. I enjoy taking all strengthening, energy , wooden pillow or tai chi classes that are offered throughout the week and weekends. I’ve noticed that I feel very relaxed and energetic after every yoga class. I’ve learned so many tools how to manage better with my emotions and my knees problems seems to be improved after seven years of doing yoga. I feel so blessed and grateful I found this kind of yoga and wish everyone can benefit from it. I would highly recommend everyone to give it a try and find it out.
