Boom athletics is just what my 11 year old needed. Motivation, confidence and a proper way how to begin his fitness journey. Sean's hard work and dedication is apparent with my sons increased athletic ability this year on the field and confidence in the classroom. Highly recommend

I call this gym my “ church”. It’s hard to put down in words what Sean and this gym bring to the table. There’s a true sense of community and family at BOOM. Everyone is consistently showing each other encouragement and support. Sean is by far the most knowledgeable trainer I’ve ever worked with. The progress I’ve made in just 6 months is undeniable. Im lifting weight I never thought imaginable and learning new things every week.

Boom is amazing!! Sean creates awesome workouts and guides you through everything so that you are never left questioning if your form is correct. He is super positive and the environment at Boom is nonjudgmental and motivating. The facility is always super clean. Since starting at Boom I have gotten significantly stronger and more knowledgeable about weight lifting in general.

I had the privilege of working with Sean at Boom Athletics for about 7 months. By far, the best gym I have trained in. I started with personal training to prep for the fire academy. Sean worked with me towards my goals and was considerably stronger in a short period of time, not to mention lost about 15 lbs. very quickly. I then transitioned into the group workouts once I started to have an understanding of the exercises and routine. Sean continued to be attentive, personable, and an incredible coach. I learned more about fitness and weight lifting in those 7 months than I have throughout my life. Sean is extremely knowledgeable about a broad range of topics, and really is able to break down some complicated theories and explain all aspects of what he is teaching. The facility is top notch— clean and well maintained. Sean has really got his program down to a science, making it easy to focus on the task at hand— getting stronger. Highly recommend Boom Athletics to anyone looking to get in shape, stay in shape or get stronger!

I have been going to Boom and working with Sean for 5 years. Sean trained me throughout my entire pregnancy, customizing a routine for me and has continued to work with me during my postpartum journey. Sean is extremely knowledgeable and the best at what he does. Boom has a great atmosphere and makes working out enjoyable - I have made many friends over the years!

Boom Athletics is leagues better than your average gym! Boom's Facility is a comfortable training facility where you will receive premium Coaching for fantastic prices. You will train directly with the owner of boom, Sean. Sean offers private classes and group classes, in the group classes, sizes will vary depending on the time of day you decide to come in!

So glad I found this gym! I’ve been going for the last 9 months and actually look forward to working out. Sean is very knowledgeable and has helped me with strength training, which been so helpful for my overall health. If you need a gym and you’re local, Boom is the place to be! Boom! Athletics has been a great place to go and get stronger. I really enjoyed how the owner Sean has everyone go through the same fundamental sessions to ensure everyone is on the same page regarding movements, exercises, lifts, pace, etc. He does an amazing job at personalizing everything to fit your capabilitiy and giving great advice and alternatives when needed. His knowledge of the body and muscles groups is amazing and he always know how to help you improve in areas that may be tight or lakcing. I feel stronger and better overall with my body thanks to Boom! Athletics. I highly recommend this gym to anyone who is looking to better themselves in a judgement free zone that was created with care and expertise.

I put five stars because Boom Athletics is getting me where I want to be in life which is fit and strong. So I can live a longer and healthier lifestyle with also lifting in the right way with the right technique. Sean Seaberg is the Person for that because he has done sports for most of his life and knows how to push yourself to get stronger but also with doing the workouts the right way so you don’t hurt yourself working out. Finally Sean Seaberg changes up the workouts constantly every time you go so that you work on different muscles every time you do a workout. I really think that Boom Athletics makes you feel welcome and everyone treats each other with respect and kindness and I think that makes a gym a great place to workout and Boom Athletics to me is the best gym for anyone that is serious about getting into a good routine workout, lose weight in pretty fair amount of time or to just get stronger. I think Boom Athletics is the best gym I have been in.
