I completed the 6 week challenge at Become Fitness recently. The trainers (especially my coach Diane), MTS classes and support were amazing! I highly recommend this challenge to anyone who is seriously looking to change their overall health and wellness. This program will help you set reasonable goals and if you follow the plan, achieve them.

I signed up for the 6 week challenge after a year of many life challenges and realizing that I have not been taking care of myself for years. I was a complete slug and did not like how I felt or looked. The challenge made me take a risk that motivated me to actually follow a meal plan( that is not at all that bad), as well as drag myself to the gym. Surprisingly, I liked being part of the classes... all of the coaches are energetic and positive and make each class different and interesting. I have lost weight, feel better, and my clothes fit!! Thank you to all of the staff who have helped me make these changes!

I participated in the 6 week challenge. Overall I lost 16 pounds. They give you a diet plan, with meal ideas. They have a vegetarian option as well. The coaches are friendly, and everyone’s very helpful. Sometimes gyms can be intimidating simply because everyone can watch you. A majority of the people i run into are in the program themselves, they were in the program, or they have been going to the gym for a while, and people generally keep to themselves. It’s a small gym, but it has everything you would need. The classes are awesome and really motivate you to push through the pain. I would recommend this gym.

Become Fitness is a great facility, very clean, tons of cardio equipment, plenty of free weights, TRX equips, a turf, a spin studio and the garage is pretty sweet. There’s something for everyone. You never have to wait to use equipment. As part of the 6 week challenge I’ve been attending 3-4 classes a week. The classes are great, they are always varied, very scalable and the trainers are super motivating. If you are on the fence about checking this place out, please take my advice and go! You won’t regret it! Oh! Did I mention free parking, clean locker room, showers, etc. Minus one star because there are no 12 lb dumbbells 😂 I had to suck it up and use 15lbs! After 6 weeks I’m definitely stronger!

I have had experience with many weight loss plans with some success but I never could overcome a plateau. I saw the Become Fitness challenge on Facebook and decided to see if it could get me over that hump. I worked with two trainers, Alis and Gandour. They were very nice and encouraging. The follow up was good. I received follow up texts at least twice a week to check on my progress and to see if I needed any additional assistance. The classes were definitely challenging and will make you sore. There are lots of treadmills, ellipticals and other equipment to utilize. After six weeks I lost 19 pounds and 5% body fat. I am much stronger and leaner.

I did the 6 week challenge with Become Fitness in Methuen. I had recently put on a lot of weight and was struggling to get the motivation to get back into the gym. I saw an ad on Facebook and clicked it. I was apprehensive when I went to the gym to sign up, but I knew if I didn’t make a change or take a chance that I would continue to struggle. I signed up with Mandy who was very kind and walked me through the process. She gave me Karen as a coach and I started later in the week. My first training session with Karen wasn’t easy. I did the best I could and Karen helped motivate me and push me to my limits. I didn’t walk normal for four days after that session. I almost gave up, but with some motivation from family I kept going. That was the best decision I made. I went to the classes and met some amazing people. The other trainers were great! I love Ellen’s pound for pound, Lauren’s spin class, and Diane’s kickboxing to name a few. Karen continued to push me week after week. I never felt as much pain as I did in week one. I realize now, that is because I was getting so much stronger. I followed the meal plan without cheating and found ways to make food quicker if my schedule needed it. I lost 8 pounds my first week, and 2-4 pounds every week after. I have my final weigh in this Thursday and I am within one pound of my goal. No matter what the scale says, I won this challenge. I am healthier, I am stronger, but most importantly I am happy. If you are struggling like I was, make a change! I won’t tell you it’s easy because it’s not! It takes hard work, dedication, and strong will-power! I will tell you that it is extremely rewarding and totally worth all the hard work! Thank you to Become Fitness for helping me get back to the ME I had lost!

I started training with Become fitness about 6 weeks ago. Since then I have used the gym for classes and personal training. The staff helped encourage me and I really enjoyed the classes. I have definitely seen the results from both and can’t wait to keep going with my goals! I highly recommend to anyone who needs that extra push and a welcoming atmosphere!

I started with Become Fitness because of the 6 Week challenge I kept seeing on my Facebook feed. Once I started, I thought it would be the slowest 6 weeks. I was wrong the 6 weeks have flown! The classes are hard but I never felt like I couldn’t finish. The trainers are great, Ellen is amazing with keeping me motivated and on track, all the staff wants to see you succeed. Become Fitness has become my gym, and I am happy to have completed this challenge 😁

Participating in the 6 Week Challenge at Be Come Fitness caused amazing results. Not only did I lose weight and inches, I gained stamina, strength and confidence. The classes were challenging and the meal plan worked wonders. Having a personal trainer just topped things off. I would recommend anyone who is ready and determined to physically change their life to try the 6 Week Challenge.
