This place is great! We come 6 Days a week. It's not just a gym to us. It's a family. My husband, son and I all three train here, and receive the best training we have ever had! Learned so much, and continue to grow daily. Everyone is welcome, and everyone is always helping each other and striving for the best in everyone! We are truly a team and family!!

Great facility, strong staff and team, lots of support. In my opinion aldo is the best striking coach in the state. Affordable compared to other gyms as well.
