So fun!! Staff is awesome and other boxers were encouraging and nice. Safety and proper technique is a priority. Class is not just kicking and boxing but also includes bodyweight exercises for core and more!

I'm biased, I'm a coach here....but this is a great, positive culture were calorie burning is a must. Proper techniques are taught so if you decide to go to a martial discipline you won't look like a knucklehead. Affordable, fast twitch cardio for the novice OR if you're experienced and just want more heavy bag/ conditioning time.

CKO is a great place to go to start or enhance your fitness. They even have kids classes on Sundays. My kids love it as do I. This gym has been my home for more than a year and will continue to be my home.
