This place is great! The workouts are challenging and the intervals really makes the class fly by. I have some shoulder problems and have had a few things I couldn’t do, so the coaches gave me alternative moves - which I really appreciate. Highly recommend!

LOVE my Delta sisterhood.This is literally the best gym that a girl can go to. The community is tight nit, and they make you feel like you're part of the family. Everyone always cheers and supports one another, and they even do special challenges during some months that make it fun! You can expect to have a fun event once a month every month too whether that's a potluck or a cute pj party!I love coming here. I have been able to lose weight and developed a better mentality towards exercising, as well as developing a habits towards a healthier lifestyle. I love all of my coaches and look forward to coming here every week! <3
