I never knew I would enjoy kickboxing until I found CKO. They have several classes everyday, and there's no limit on how many you can attend. The instructors always offer motivation and an array of whole body workouts and the owners are always excited to see new members and will occasionally join in during a class.

Beautiful and immaculately clean gym! I'm a member of San Antonio CKO but was in town to see family and dropped in on a couple of classes. They were killer workouts, and the owners are very nice. The trainers were tough, but kept the class motivated the entire hour. Definitely recommend if you are looking to get into great shape!
