I had been doing yoga for many years and was always been interested in learning kickboxing. I has passed by the 9 Round in Highland Village for years. I was looking for something new for my workout and decided to give it a try. I have never had such a welcoming gym experience! Awesome Workout experience. Not only are you getting a full body, high intensity, core workout, but every visit the trainer will teach you a different variations of technique, movement, posture, and stances to up your kick boxing skills!In my experience so far the staff are amazing!They are skilled, with great attitude, and are dedicated to maintain a positive and productive atmosphere.I’ve received personalized coaching and even utilized some workout modifications due to some mobility challenges that come with my size and weight at the moment, but I was motivated and encouraged to find the strength to complete the total workout every time.Thanks 9Round for your service and dedication and patience lol.-Monroe W

9Round gives me the best workout I have experienced in years! The trainers at the Highland Village location are top notch. They are encouraging and motivating! I periodically get accountability text messages to make sure that I continually go in for my workout. Michael and Paul are technique driven so that I get the best result. Trisha and Katie make sure I don’t give up and they keep me moving. I absolutely love 9Round!!
