OTF goal - the search for more money. The workouts are like living the movie Groundhog Day. The typical workout is 3-5minutes on the rower, 20-minutes on the exercise floor, and 30-minutes on the treadmill. The space is tiny and when somebody coughs I know whatever is in them is going straight into my lungs.OVERALL: The workouts would be better if there was more variety (i.e., repeated rotations between rower, floor, treadmill). Since joining, there's only one class that I actually enjoyed. It was this week and they had us rotate every 10-minutes between Tread and floor/rower. I burned 2X the calories as normal. Otherwise, being on the tread for 30-minutes straight is mind numbingly boring. If I wanted that, I'd just buy one and save the cost of membership.STAFF: There are some Trainers that are really great - knowledgeable and always offer/show alternatives to keep you active (and uninjured). And, there are some that don't have a clue and seem like they are just reading from a script. I worry about people getting injured by the latter.TECHNOLOGY: The equipment/technology is poor - whoever programs the pads is really, really bad at their job. Of course you don't need to worry about that when it just stops working altogether, which is far too often. They don't stand behind the quality of they tracker you're required to buy. But, they'll be happy to sell you a new one.CLEANLINESS: I've watched them use dirty water the bucket wipe down the side rails on the treadmills. I've never seen them attempt to clean anything else. I cut my knee on something embedded in the exercise floor. I regularly saw lint and hair balls in the corners.SMELLS: There are an increasing number of people who don't wear deodorant and the stink is unbelievably bad. Wipe some Vicks under your nose (OTF should invest in some timed sprayers using Neutrolene the stuff that morticians use).TREADMILL: you'll stand shoulder to shoulder. This means that you are sharing each person's breath and coughs. The people who sweat like a pig WILL drench you. There is nothing more gross than having some morbidly obese person spraying their body fluid all over you while you workout.ROWER: OTF describes this as a full-body workout, yet, you're only on it for just a few minutes. Seems illogical. They need to incorporate more time on the rower by having more transitions/cycles in the activities.EXERCISE FLOOR: They focus on the same big-muscle exercises and never in developing the more important small muscles that keep your skeletal system aligned, functioning properly, and that prevent serious injuries.

I’m really enjoying OTF.The coaches here are very knowledgeable and experienced. I always get my butt kicked, which is what I want! I like starting on the rowers and then doing the treadmill last because I suck at running, but getting my body warmed up seems to help me get through the running part with more success! It’s definitely a sweat fest here.I do the 2 sessions a week and I have been going for 2 months and definitely have seen improvements already. I haven’t changed my diet yet, but I feel stronger and I’m getting a little more toned just by doing the 2x a week!I’ll definitely keep coming!

Workout is short and effective. I come to the studio and follow the guidance of the instructor. Saves me hassle to think about what to do next. It also helps that I can do the activities at my own pace.

No place like home! Have had the opportunity to visit other OTF studios across the country but OTF Coppell stands out. The studio is well maintained and the staff are always helpful. Great coaches who are always motivating and are happy to offer guidance and suggestions at all times.OTF is the right place for those who are need a start and for the ones who need a constant push. I can say out of personal experience that joining any other gym would not yield the results I have seen post OTF. The workouts are different everyday which makes it even more fun.Plenty of parking available. Lockers are available to store your personal belongings. If you want to try them out, sign up for a free session. I bet you will get hooked!

Be wary of slick sales practices. Will promise you the moon while selling you memberships and will spring new rules when you sign up.Update. Sir, I did not ask you a refund. My son who is 15 was ejected by one of your over zealous trainers from a session because she was “uncomfortable” that he was unaccompanied by an adult. I was forced to do a session in jeans and a flannel shirt just to ensure that he could participate. She kept insisting the minimum age rule was 16 years despite what was told to us when he signed up and as you state below. It was unethical how you signed us up or extremely rude customer service considering we were paying customers.
