Fitness Connection

There’s a big lady on the morning she clean that gym. I ask her for something and she responds rude and she was asking for money she said she was really “sick” and she have a “daughter”, make me feel really uncomfortable, I’m never coming back at morning.

Awful experience with their “customer service”, will lie and cheat to get more money from you. Very dishonest company.

I had an issue with my membership, and Ethan handled it very professionally, and we were able to find an agreeable solution. Very happy with the service.Edit: when Ethan left, the new manager wanted to get a one time sale. So they pressured me into unfreezing. I decided to leave.

Trying to make it to the gym before work but once again no one is here so now I’m missing a day everyone is just standing outside or leaving

The place has good value for the price but they never maintain their equipment, you better bet that there will always be atleast 4-5 pieces of equipment broken and unusable with zero plans of ever repairing them. They will just remove it eventually and never even bother replacing it with anything else. The staff there is nice but it’s absolutely ridiculous how they never bother fixing their equipment. They also won’t ever bother changing the hours back to how it originally was. Best to just pay the little bit extra and go to golds gym down the street.

Spacious and tons of equipment.. The atmosphere is awesome.

Horrible horrible customer service, I've only said this at least 12 times to refund me for overcharging training sessions during covid, instead I'm repeating it AGAIN!!

Not open Sundays STILL!!! They never answer Google questions. If budget is an issue, SHOW US what you're doing to keep members and then raise the price $2 or $3 a month! Who wouldn't pay an extra $5 a month for: OPENING ON SUDAYS!, Equipment maintained, kids club being open. come on!! Your garbage reviews because Fitness Connection doesn't have their priorities straight keep you from growing your gym and you will put yourselves out of business entirely by staying stupid. Learn. Oh wait! The CEO Patrick Flanagan was 24 Hour Fitness' Chief Financial Officer! LOL He helped put 24 Hour Fitness out of business and he's on his way to take Fitness Connection out too! Rofl

I recently joined Fitness Connection and I must say, I am extremely satisfied with my experience so far. From the moment I walked through the doors, I was greeted with a friendly and helpful staff who guided me through the sign-up process and gave me a tour of the facility.The gym itself is spacious and well-maintained. There is a wide variety of equipment available for every type of workout, from cardio machines to weightlifting equipment. I never have to wait for a machine, which is a huge plus.One aspect that sets Fitness Connection apart from other gyms is their group fitness classes. They offer a wide range of classes, including yoga, Zumba, spinning, and HIIT. The instructors are knowledgeable and motivational, creating a fun and energetic atmosphere. I have tried a few classes and really enjoyed them - they definitely help me stay motivated and push myself harder.The locker rooms are always clean and well-stocked with amenities such as showers, lockers, and hair dryers. The staff does a great job of keeping everything in order and there is never a shortage of supplies.Another great feature of Fitness Connection is their personal trainers. I have had a few sessions with a trainer and I can confidently say that they are experts in their field. They helped me set realistic fitness goals and created a personalized workout plan that targets my specific needs. They are always available for guidance and support, pushing me to reach my full potential.In addition to the exceptional facilities and services, the price of the membership is very affordable compared to other gyms in the area. I feel like I am getting excellent value for my money.Overall, I highly recommend Fitness Connection to anyone looking to improve their fitness journey. The combination of a well-equipped gym, variety of classes, knowledgeable trainers, and affordable prices make it a top-notch fitness center. I’m so tired of the complete lack of maintenance on your machines, especially the ellipticals. Almost the entire back row of free stride machines have been broken for almost a year.I have informed management and literally shown them 1 by 1 how each is broken and not only has nothing been done in 8 months, but even more have broken down since. I won’t continue to pay a membership fee for a gym that doesnt fix its own machines.
