We travel across the country and this facility was exceptionally nice with roomy showers and lots of massage beds and newer equipment. However, me and another girl were concerned to see only one employee working on a busy Saturday!! He was a great employee, but he was only one person! And because I was doing the massage chairs and then tanning and then I had a question about some thing I had to wait several times because he was off doing things that he needed to do like filling paper towel rolls, cleaning things and helping a customers, in person and on the phone! Anyway, there should be at least three people here. One for membership, one for black card amenities and one to check people in. It’s not right to just have one employee work by themselves. It’s not safe for the customers or the employee if something should happen before, he even has to go to the restroom!

I wasn't able to use any of the amenities I pay for. I get off work late and tried to stop by to go tanning. I waited at the desk for 10 min with no one there, then walked around the facility in jeans, dress shoes and a blazer obviously looking for someone then went back to the front desk for 5 min still no employee to be found. Eventually after 20 min I had to leave with nothing but wasted time. This isn't the first time it has happened. Usually when no one is there to help I can find them in the massage chairs or hydro beds sleeping.

I needed a 24 x 7 gym which only Planet Fitness offered during this pandemic. It is ideal for our schedules and offers everything plus more than my last gym.It's clean, the staff is professional and friendly and the cost is very, very reasonable!!

I came to this location for the first time today since my home gym closes at 7 pm. This location is nice! Its clean and great equipment. Thinking about making this my home gym. Josh at the front was really cool and helpful. I'll be back for sure!

Absolutely worst experience - this place will scam you out of your money! I took classes with a coach that literally GHOSTED me and then tried charging me for 3 MONTHS WORTH OF CLASSES after he ghosted me and no longer replied to messages. How does that even work?!! Then the gym told me they’d refund my money and to wait - so I did for 4 WEEKS with no answers, only for the GM that was working on the case to tell me “I don’t work there anymore”. Now I am fighting disputes with them on Discover for 3 months, AKA $500 worth of classes.Absolutely garbage gym and staff, avoid at all costs- they WILL take advantage of you and your hard earned money.

It is a bright and clean, big and organized. Locker/shower area smells fresh. The showers are private. I just started after cancelling my TFF membership. Update: it has gotten busy, and there is no real follow-up on whether members are being considerate. Many monopolize a station for 20-30 minutes without regard for others, especially at the 30 minute workout area. Update: Broken equipment takes a while to be fixed.

Went to this particular location and it's supposed to be contactless but even though I went and scanned my app this particular day they insisted that you sign stuff as well.So extra....Once in the locker room the counters was dirty look like no one has been cleaning or wiping down.If they can put the extra energy and inconvenience into checking in at least they can put the same amount of energy and it keeping the locker room clean..Here it is I went back to the same location 2 years laterThey still do a very poor job keeping the bathroom in the shower area clean...I blame it on poor management.Nobody is accountable for the upkeep of this place.Nine times out of ten if you come here it's going to be dirty.They hire kids and they rather play on their phones than work..I hate it that I have to come but it's the closest one.I guess that I'll have to drive further to a place that's clean....
