I travel for long periods, so when I signed up, I explicitly confirmed with the manager, Monica, that I would be able to contact her to freeze my account if I would be spending a few months away from an area with an Anytime location. She said that this would not be a problem.However, the first time I requested her to freeze the account, she refused to do so. She actually said she would, but let payments keep running. More than once!I am extremely disappointed and feel like I was lied to. Oh, and the gym is pretty dirty and there's a lot of broken equipment.

I love this gym! They have plenty of equipment and the staff is great. My personal trainer John Simpson is extremely knowable and considerate. I have been working out with him for a week and already feeling healthier.

Best gym in the area hands down! Also the Manager Monica couldn't be more helpful or knowledgeable. Her customer service, her interactions with the members is top notch! I can't think of one negative to say. Very pleased with my visits every time!

I really enjoy going to this gym. It's always clean and well kept up with. It has a good assortment of equipment that covers pretty much everything you need....cardio equipment, machines, and free weights. Monica (the manager) is always very friendly and helpful. It's a smaller gym with a hometown feel to it which I really like. Great place to workout!

Be forewarned this gym does not care about your fitness and well-being. It's number 1 goal is to sell contracts. You will be lied to just to make that sale. Make sure you do not leave that office until you fully read and understand that contract. Even if it takes 2 hours.READ, READ, READ that contract!You are signing up for a 2 year contract. The 1 year is available if you pay it in full. No money to be made at a 1 year.1. You have 3 days to cancel. Make sure you understand that!2. You will be solicited by the personal trainer via all forms of communication. Just another contract.3. Expect no response to emails or voicemails when you have questions or discrepancies.4. When you finally figure out that you have been lied to expect "You signed the contract " will be their only response.5. You will not receive any disclosure about the terms of the contract. Remember the contract is for the benefit of the company.Stop payment to that contract! You will get their attention. Non stop calls and emails after that.This is a no frills gym! You definitely do not get what you pay for.Hope this helps you make a positive decision.

I like this gym. It’s close by, open 24x7, people are nice and helpful. The manager was very helpful in making sure I knew how to use some equipment to maximize my workout while ensuring I didn’t hurt my body from something dumb. She was very encouraging and motivating. The staff is interactive with all members and are knowledgeable of the equipment but also the workouts needed depending on your goal. I recommend this place for an in and out workout.
