I love that the teachers work with body and disabilities And I've leaned new ways to balance my everyday stress with breath work

Blue Anjou rocks! I joined the studio 7 months ago. I loved it so much that I began my yoga teacher-training with them right after. All trainings, special workshops, classes, and teachers are amazing! You feel the love the minute you walk in. It's one of those special places on Planet Earth.

i love this place. i started taking classes at 58 after living a life of "anti exercise". from the minute i walked in the door i felt at home. the people that make up this community, teachers and students alike, are wonderful;so kind and welcoming. the classes are well designed and tailored for each individual's needs/capabilities. the teachers are so aware of each individual's abilities and or physical limitations. i started taking one class a week in february. i it now may and i am taking 5 classes a week. need i say more?

I took a beginner series with a friend at Blue Anjou last spring and loved it. I had never taken a class before so I was a little bit nervous but found it to be quite easy and relaxing. (Tom was a very easy to understand instructor.) The building is an old house that has been turned into a yoga studio and it is always very clean, warm and welcoming. I recently took a prenatal yoga series with Melissa and was so sad when it ended! I loved the close-knit feel of the class, the feedback and information we received from Melissa, and how great it made me feel! I am looking forward to the next prenatal series and I recommend Blue Anjou to anyone who is in the area and is looking for a place to do yoga (try it, you'll like it!)On a personal note, I had a bit of trouble with my class pack purchase, and Lisa, the owner, was wonderfully professional and helpful in getting it sorted out. She was quick at responding to my need and I appreciated her professionalism.

Started with the $10 for 10 days. Tried 18 classes from 7 teachers. Saw and felt the mind, body, & spirit difference. Got hooked! After a year, I still keep going & growing. Teachers & fellow students are great co-learners...introducing great resources and giving of themselves. Well stocked with mats, straps, bolsters, blocks & more. Just show up & open yourself to growth & connecting to the light in each of us.

I love Blue Anjou and all the teachers there. Each one brings something differnt but they are all very knowledgable about body alignment and modifications. Weither you're a beginner or an experience yogi you will learn a lot about the practice, (breath work, asanas, and mediation). Everyone, including well seasoned students have always been very warm to new comers. I dont normally like to drive very far but Blue Anjou is worth the 25 minute drive. We have at least 4 yoga studios in my neighborhood but I still prefer Blue. Plus the studio is amazing and you can't help but feel a real sence of community when you go.
