I can't say enough good things about BBC Flower Mound! I was a member in 2017 when the gym first opened for over a year, moved away, and re-joined as soon as I moved back to the area this fall. I have tried so many different exercise programs (Orange Theory, Camp Gladiator, Cycle bar, Club Pilates, BeachBody) and nothing compares to the training, community, and results I've seen from BBC. I never want to miss a class— Anah, Stephen, Coach D, and Dennis are absolutely amazing trainers and the staff is always super helpful and professional. This location offers yoga at least weekly and will work with you individually for modifications and personal goals. No matter what "level" you're at, the trainers will work with you to make sure you get a safe, challenging workout that actually changes you. Book a focus meeting and check them out, you'll see what I'm talking about!

Burn Boot Camp Flower Mound is great! All of the trainers truly care about each individual. Every day the workout is different and modifications are made for all fitness levels. I started on a trial after not working out for about 15 years or so👀😆, but Burn Boot Camp has helped me feel confident and pushed me to limits that I didn’t think I could get to. We are pushed every day with different workouts. It's NEVER the same routine. The one constant is all the friendly faces and support everyone gives each other. Give it a try I’m sure you’ll get hooked too😊P.S. it is very clean, and they take all the precautions for covid including cleaning weights and equipment after each workout, sanitizing all areas, and spacing out people (and limiting the number of people) during workouts.

I was pretty much a couch potato before I started working out at Burn Bootcamp. I needed all the trainers to commit to my wellness journey because for sure I wasn't going to do it by myself!! And they are all fantastic. If you communicate to them what your goals are, they make your success their mission. I have seen such a boost in my fitness, nutrition, health, and wellness--and in my confidence too. Not to mention, the atmosphere is friendly and positive and one of the most supportive environments I've had the pleasure of being a part of. Come give it a try!!

I have tried several other types of workouts over the past few years but nothing compares to Burn Flower Mound. The trainers are all so encouraging and motivating. They know each person by name and help each of us individually. It really is a personal trainer workout in a group setting.Every workout is curated to hit every part of your body and we never do the same workout twice. It's fun and challenging! Normally I forced myself to workout to stay healthy, but Burn really has a way of making you look forward to coming in. It really is a community.AND, free childcare is also the big cherry on top!! They look forward to it as well!

I love this gym! I only ever ran before so I really had no idea what I was doing when I started. The trainers are all super helpful and help make you better. They will work with you for any goal you set for yourself. Whether that’s the ability to run a lap, learn to do a push up, or do the more complex moves, they’re there for you. It’s just a great community of people that help support you and make it fun. Also the childcare is what really got me to choose this gym and it’s so great. 10/10 would recommend! 👏🏼👏🏼
