I had tried Crossfit @ another gym prior to coming to Crossfit 3040. A co-worker recommended I come try it out and it has been the best decision ever! Willie and Emily are amazing people and coaches! Everyone in this gym has been nothing but welcoming and super nice! I love coming here & I have noticed a huge difference in my body from starting to commit to coming here the days I should! The work out are always challenging but Willie always makes sure you are using correct form and modifies things to fit you! I never regret coming here to Crossfit and everyone here keeps me motivated to come back to work out! Thank you Crossfit 3040!!

CrossFit 3040 has changed my life! I did CrossFit for year prior to joining 3040 and my skill level and body have changed tremendously due to the coaching at 3040. Willie will push you to your limits and help you reach new PR's! Come see for yourself!!!!!

I own D1Fit CrossFit in Dallas. I REALLY enjoyed my experience with CrossFit 3040. The owner is cool. I looked up the owners CrossFit Games profile and he has got some great scores. I also bought some equipment from him. The equipment has worked great and there was no hassles. If you are interested in purchasing CrossFit equipment then you should get it from this guy.
