I visited this gym today on the recommendation of a good friend/ Hulk. He is an accomplished power 🏋️♂️ lifter. This gym offers personalized training for every level. The facility was clean and not crowded like most gyms. They have any and everything you need to achieve your workout goals. The staff is friendly and very professional. I found my new gym.

Iron Den is a great Personal Training Studio! The equipment is awesome and even cooler is that it was Lou Ferrigno's personal equipment!! The Trainers there are the BEST of the BEST!!

Iron Den is a personal training gym in Flower Mound with an expansive selection of workout equipment, including many custom pieces from Lou Ferrigno's gym! The personal trainers at Iron Den are lifelong fitness professionals and have a deep understanding of the physiology of the body. For the first time in many years, I have real results, and I look forward to my workouts even at 7:00 a.m.!

Best place to workout!!They have everything you need for a challenging full body workout...I have personally lost 15lbs and several inches!My personal trainer Susan motivates me to push myself and keep going.I look forward to each workout.It’s definitely a judgement free atmosphere.I would recommend any of the personal trainers to anyone....No matter what your fitness level!

Hands down THE best personal training gym around. The personal attention you receive is second to none. The trainers are highly trained, highly motivated and are there for you and your goals. I have been working out with their trainer Susan and the personal touch and guidance is outstanding. Each session is tailor-made to help me reach my goals. I feel so much better and look great too!
