Equipment is outdated, no cameras to catch thieves that steal in locker rooms or if a shooting etc were to happen plus employees don't care the place is a mess especially in the outdated locker room. I also was told recently that the reason they have not spent any money on the gym in 30 years is they are not going to sign a new lease and will shut down that location. I'm joining club 4 it's less money and new equipment and no kids running around bothering the adults.

So the only reason I come to LA fitness is so I can lift weights and hit the heavy bags. Now they are removing the heavy bags permanently, so if your wanting to come for the heavy bags your going to have to go to the location 30 minutes away. Also they dont listen to anything their customers say. The staff are always sitting at their desk texting on their phones, I've never been to a gym with such lazy staff in my 10 years of lifting.

Taylor at LA Fitness was able to help me with my membership coming from another location. Him and his team have shown great care to me as a longtime LA Fitness member!

Great gym--its really big, with lots of machines/weights; it's clean, with friendly staff; and it's not overcrowded, so you don't have to wait in line to use what you need. Highly recommend.

One of the better LA Fitness locations I have been to. I have been to quite a few locations throughout, and this one is always clean and almost 90% of the machines / weights are in good order. appreciate that!! Keep it up!!

The gym overall is a decent facility. Lots of exercise options but some equipment is dated. The water dispensary machines taste like plastic. The male locker rooms are average on cleanliness but they smell. Most of the front staff aren’t too pleasant to interact with and overall a mediocre gym experience.

It’s ok. Reasonable prices. Generally clean. Never very busy. Equipment is about what I expect, just average. Some group exercise classes are good, but other classes are hopelessly bad and never change. Staff people sitting around aren’t my problem. I swam in the pool the last few times I was here, had the pool to myself. Pool is open as late as the gym. The pool classes are pretty good. The hot tub chemicals destroyed my swimsuit. Overall a decent gym. Convenient location, very safe area. Bonus that I can go to all the locations with one membership.

Current member, but will not be renewing. Hate to leave a bad review, but I've had enough. Equipment is in mediocre shape at best. They schedule programming in the pool every evening, so good luck swimming if you hold a regular job. But worst of all is the amount of teens that run around, causing a mess and goofing around without staff doing anything about it. After school hours, this is their hangout. They literally vandalize the place on a regular basis/ film videos in the changing area/ run around and disrupt workouts, and the staff doesn't care or do anything about the multiple members that complain. Poor excuse for an LA fitness

Met a wonderful, smart ,personal trainer.Part of being a Google Tour guide is testing eating etc.The pounds packed on in the cold northeast where I have 1 of three residences.Kelton is a smart young fit athlete / personal trainer . He hails from Ca .He educated me on the best way to drop the extra weight I gained. He was very well spoken and knowledgeable.Last time I was here I had a former Tennessee Titan NFL player tell me I had 50 per cent body fat!He was clearly under a lot of pressure to sell me personal training package.Luckily my PCP told me I have 31 per cent. You can't lie to people.Clearly whomever is running this department has very very poor leadership skills. He needs to lead his team through truth. The shareholders want results not fakes.Kelton did not pressure me.I have been to multiple La Fitness andEsporta fitness centers.FL NJ Texas .What baffles me is the ones in charge are never there. No wonder the turn over is so high.I suggested this smart young kid start his own personal training business. He could make a heck of a lot more money. The club is clean . People are nice.My prediction is like car salesman the poor leadership skills of the alleged tyrant mgr will eventually be found out. I was present as he was screaming at this poor guy last fall via phone. The NFL player started out selling me 250 a month personal training package . But dropped it to 50 dollars in 20 minutes? I felt really bad he was clearly selling on weakness not strength. A persons perception of value decreases as the price drops. He is no longer there. What a surprise.I am a long time member and very ,very disappointed the way this corporate policy treats it's employees.Kelton was professional didn't react to my suggestion. But he never suggested anything about his boss.Beautiful club beautiful people horrible mismanaged corporate mgr. Will be out of business soon . Unless someone smart steps up .

The place is large, lots of places to workout, has a pool and racquetball courts. It's in my list of considered gyms as I moved into the city. The location is also pretty good, there are all kinds of great shops around it, which would make it a great multi-purpose trip when going for a workout. I used the bathroom and on the surface it looked clean, but the toilets were not very clean.
