Very welcoming gym, feels like a family. Love that they focus on technique and work from the bottom up and take the time to teach you. I realized after months of boxing that I was always dropping my right hand when throwing a cross when coach showed me on video. He cares for the members of his gym and does his best to meet everyone where they are at in their boxing journey.

My new home! My place to learn how to box and burn alot of calories while doing it. Great coaching. Great for all ages. It's affordable too. I've come along way in my skills thanks to the knowledgeable coach I train with.
