It's always a great workout and the staff is always great. I'd never push myself as hard anywhere else. OTF is a great choice for anyone at any fitness level.

All of the coaches at OTF Castle Hills are fantastic: Trecia is amazingly attentive and so motivating - she is always ready with a modification before I have to ask. I also always enjoy classes led by Emily and Meghan as they are always so uplifting when we need that extra push in an all out. Also, the front desk crew is awesome – Sarah, Faith and Rachel are always there to help when I’m having arm band troubles, or need to sign up for an extra class. I always feel challenged by OrangeTheory and love that it’s a safe space for everyone to work on themselves and burn a little bit harder than the day before. Thanks OTF Castle Hills 😊

Orange theory is always an awesome workout. They always keep us guessing. We never know what the workout is going to be. I've been a member for about 18 months. The hardest part about Orange Theory is showing up. Once I'm there, I always get a good workout.

Too many members than can be accommodated by this location. Basically - more demand than supply. Which is obviously good for the studio but a PAIN for the members.Unless you are someone who plans days in advance for your gym schedule - this one location may not be for you. I register for evening 5/6 PM classes @9/10 AM in the morning but still get in the waitlist. A waitlist that never clears up.. until final 30 mins of the class start time. So one has to take a chance. Been there few times after work - changed into gym clothes but the waitlist never cleared and came back home. Other cases, I have been at waitlist #6/7 and would get a message 30 mins before the class saying you made it to the class. Tired of the same schedule.**Canceling or a no show to the class technically should result in a $8 charge. Manager at the studio is too nice to not charge that. Which could be the cause for members booking too many classes (filling up the spots). Not sure how else to explain #7 waitlist making to the class in the final 30 mins.Planning for gym should not be a hassle. This studio certainly gives more SCHEDULING PAIN than the actual WORKOUT for me. So please be aware of this before you join in.

It’s definitely intense. The instructor is always great at motivating you, and make omg sure your doing it right. I was so intimidated before I came here because everyone made it sound like I wouldn’t be able to do it. I’m definitely surprised I was able to make it through the full work out and not give up! It’s hard I have tons of progress to make but I feel very motivated here!

Orange Theory is difficult, but not too difficult. The instructors make the time go by fast since we don't do the same exercises every time. Everyone is nice and the room and equipment are very clean. The Instructors know how to teach and how to motivate you to want to come back.

It's motivating and pushes me to continue working out when I otherwise may have just gone home if I was at the gym alone. The high energy of the room and the instructor keep me going, and I find myself pushing harder. The workouts are hard, but they aren't unreasonable. It's the perfect mix of cardio and weights, and it's the best setting to "get back in" to the habit of working out.
