I like that I'm being pushed passed limits that I don't push myself to when workout out alone. The workouts are extremely motivating and make me feel like the strongest version of myself.

The treadmills had built-in personal cooling units! How cool! I also enjoyed watching the Splat Point numbers grow. It gave me motivation and satisfaction.

Awesome Coaches and Staff. They have been extremely helpful in my switch from another studio. Honestly I am one of many members and they have treated me as if I was "THE" member.

I love OTF because it provides a nice variety and encourages me to push myself harder than I would if I didn't have the heart rate monitor screen in front of me or trainers and other participants cheering me on. I burn more calories in one hour at OTF than any other form of exercise. I also actually look forward to coming and feel so much better! Thank you Coppell OTF for being so GREAT!

I love OTF. Very personalized. They watch my phone if I am on emergency call. Love the workouts because it's different everytime and motivating. My main reason to write this review is because I see results. I love it!!

Amazing 60 minutes workouts! The workouts are simple yet very effective! The after-workout burn is very noticeable. Workouts are never repeated .. the mix and match keeps the fun factor.

OTF is designed and beneficial for both genders at any fitness level. The workouts are different from day to day therefore it eliminates boredom or plateaus. Another cool thing is if one person workouts out in the morning, their partner/spouse will have the same workout in the afternoon; no matter the location The camaraderie is amazing and motivating. There are so many positive things to say about OTF. The only drawback is some workouts require burpees. I have spoken to the trainers about it but I haven't seen a change. I plan to meet with management and then corporate if this foolishness doesn't stop. This must stop! No one wants to do burpees.

Orange Theory is a great hour workout that combines strength, endurance and power in a excellent aerobic workout. The trainers are excellent and the workout is always changing so it does not get boring and repetitive. I highly recommend Orange Theory Fitness Coppell!
