I've been going to Steadfast off and on for several years - I've only done the boot camp. It is a great general purpose total body workout. Something different every time. Great atmosphere and selection of equipment and exercises. What sets them apart are the trainers. I started with Steadfast 7 years ago when they came to my workplace for corporate fitness training during our lunches. It wasn't long after that when I decided to check out the facility for Boxfit classes. It was then I knew I was hooked. From Bootcamps to Boxfit to TRX training, there is something for everyone. It's always been a very encouraging environment to workout in, regardless of fitness level.

My new favorite gym. Great gym, great trainers, great workouts. I love the daily boot camps. I go 3 to 4 days a week. Steadfast fitness gave me the boost I needed to take my fitness to the next level. #beSteadfast
