Steadfast Fitness and Performance

I absolutely love Steadfast! I went to my first boot camp class on Monday and I am still feeling the burn 2 days later. I can’t wait to become a regular. The workout is intense but the environment is extremely positive and uplifting. So many times, boot camp instructors treat you like you’re in the military. Not at steadfast! I felt so encouraged during the whole class. Will be returning.

It was my first time visiting and I really had a great time. The trainers/instructors are very friendly and helpful. If you are looking for a session based group workout this is the spot.

I love workouts here! I don’t have to think about it too much, trainers are always prepared/encouraging, and they have a lot of different hours available. As a mom, it’s nice to know I will be done with my workout in an hour.❤️

Facility is always clean and not too crowded. All the equipment is in great working order. The other guests are always courteous and the staff is always friendly and professional!

The trainers care about you and your performance! They make you better as a whole! Love those guys and gals!❤️

Been working out here for about a month! I enjoy all the trainers, they all have great energy and push you to get better.
