By far the best group fitness class EVER! It’s the only workout I’ve looked forward to. Each class is different and all the trainers are great. Non judgmental environment great for all fitness levels. Can’t beat the price either!!

Ever since I joined back in April of 2022, Tyler (the owner of the gym) was professional and cordial from day one. You can expect each class to mainly focus on technique, cardio, upper body and/or core. I had the pleasure of training mainly under Tyler, Don, Brittany and Jean. I am certain you can not go wrong with any of the other awesome trainers they have on board. There are plenty of times throughout each week to choose from to fit your schedule. The pricing is fair and you really cannot beat the unlimited classes deal they have. I highly recommend this place for anyone looking to reduce stress, focus on your health and/or become a better kickboxer.

Great environment! From day one I felt part of the team. The trainers are amazing, they make you sweat till the last drop. Very well located in The Colony area. My teammates are friendly too, in some classes we work in a competitive way, and feels great. Thank you, Tyler.

I can’t say enough AMAZING things about this company! I’ve been a member since Nov 2021 and I fell in love after my trial class! Yup, they provide a free class to see if you like it! Tyler and his ENTIRE crew are AMAZING: KJ, Britt, Sophia, Ed, Don, Tara and Tyler teaches too! They push you in a positive way and they throw monthly socials so you can get to know the members that workout and get to know your instructors better. I love it!

The instructors here are passionate, knowledgeable and amazing! They take the time to know each and every client, and make sure you are getting the instruction you need. They never do the same thing twice and always keep the classes fresh! Tyler had the greatest team…and he’s so amazing! He will personally take time to make sure your positioning your body correctly to prevent injury and get the maximum out of your workouts.

Decided its time to lose the Quarantine 15 and went for my first class! If you sign up online, your first class is free. KJ was the instructor and was intense... but a good intense. The work out was high energy and you are encouraged to go at your own pace. You will definitely feel it the next day! My free experience went so well that I signed up for a membership! The gloves and hand wraps came with the membership, and that was a great surprise and incentive. I will make this my 3xs a week habit!

I have been attending for 2 weeks and I really have enjoyed my experience. Truly a great place to get in shape. The staff are caring, professional, knowledgeable, and will challenge you in every session. Tyler helped me get started and informed me of the start up process and the process of canceling(if needed). I have attended Andrew's classes and he is high energy and listens to his clients for each workout. Tara is new and brings a great dynamic to her classes. Josh is a great example of hardwork and strive for greatness. What I like is that they walk around and check on each individual throughout the 45 minute sessions. It is a non judgmental, go at your own pace, mutual respect environment. If you are trying to get in shape and have fun then this is definitely the place for you.
