Coach Cam is great, his knowledge and attention to detail is really impressive. He will make you feel comfortable and at ease while you work toward your fitness goals. He will be great no matter your fitness level or goals. If you're looking for a personal trainer Coach Cam is your guy!

I came to Lexington for work and was looking for personal training. I came across motiv8 fitness and I could not have been more lucky to find this place! I reached out to Kevin, the owner, and he immediately got back to me and set me up sessions with Ashley. I had the absolute best personal training experience. I never looked forward to working out and always had trouble sticking with it but my trainer Ashley helped me with the process. I’m down weight and could not be more happy! Thank you kevin and Ashley!!

Bryson is always energetic and motivating. I’ve worked out with trainers that just tell you exercises to do and then just count your reps. Bryson is education focused and answers a lot of the “why” questions before I have time to think of them, and most of that was Bryson taking the time to understand what my goals are - rather than just be directed through a cookie cutter workout. It’s a great change when someone gets you excited for improvement and not just results - although results are still nice to see. I would recommend checking them out for anyone that’s looking to start a fitness journey or trying to break through frustrating plateaus.

I've worked with Daniel for several months at Motiv8. He has helped me continue to make progress towards my goals, even though I'm not always great about being consistent. Daniel (and all the trainers I've interacted with) are very knowledgeable and easy to work with. Motiv8 offers both personal training and group fitness classes. Definitely recommend.

Motiv8 Fitness has been awesome! I’ve been working out with Kevin for several years now & have never felt better. I started out just trying to get some strength back after a shoulder replacement. I was having some pain again, but strengthening was the key. Kevin helps with form, & making sure I don’t re-injure myself with the right amount of challenge in a full body workout. After establishing my base, Kevin has helped me slowly and healthfully drop 45 pounds over the last year with twice a week sessions and some simple eating habit changes. It’s true what they say, that exercise is the best medicine. I’ve tried keeping my own regimens, but always fell off the wagon eventually. Kevin helps keep me accountable in a friendly & encouraging way, and he mixes it up so I don’t get bored. He’s great at adapting to special needs & all ages - we’ve even had family workout sessions with him. I highly recommend Kevin & Motive8 Fitness!

I love training with Andrea because she is professional, knowledgeable, and has a delightful personality. I might drag in feeing like a crumpled dollar bill but I leave feeling like a million bucks!
