I have been training at Motiv8 for a year now. My trainer is Jaylin and is he the absolute best. During my time at Motiv8 I have managed to lose 30 pounds and counting and gain muscle. I needed Motiv8 to help keep me motivated and focused on my goals. If you are looking to lose weight or just gain muscle I highly recommend Jaylin or any of the trainers at Motiv8 Fitness.

Andrea comes with years of experience and training, both personal and professional. She knows her stuff! She listens to what her clients need and she develops a individual plan for each person. I have worked with her for a couple of years and her knowledge and sense of humor make the hour fun (yes, fun). She keeps me on task.

I have gone to the Body Burn class for the past 8 months and Kevin does a great job of mixing cardio with strength exercises. Every class is different which is refreshing since other classes like this can get repetitive. Kevin puts a lot of thought into the structure of each class and I always feel energized afterwards!

Excellent gym. Staff is amazing, and Jaylin (trainer) is a beast. Very considerate of my time, and always tries to create a new workout routine when I go in. High intensity, but seeing results. Highly recommend for anyone considering getting back into shape.

I can not say enough good things about my experience working with Andrea Kay on a weekly basis. I started in March of 2018, and working with her once a week has more than improved my core strength, and my confidence. Friends and co-workers have noticed the difference and commented as such.Andrea is thoughtful in how she customizes my workouts, which are encouraging and challenging. She mixes things up on a regular basis so that my workouts do not become "by rote."And, the intimate space that is Motiv8 Fitness is well suited to a personal training experience. If you are looking for a small studio space and a personal trainer, this is a great place to start!

I have been training with Andrea for just over a year. It is one of the best decisions of my life. As a physical therapist I always thought I could manage my own fitness program. Andrea has done that better than I ever could. My overall flexibility and strength have improved dramatically. My physical health and self image have improved. It has a been a great experience!!!

My Fiancé and I have been going to Movtiv8 for the past two months and we have enjoyed every bit of it. Kevin the instructor is great at what he does and is very personable. I would highly recommend this gym.

Kevin is amazing! He has really pushed me to become diligent on my fitness journey and is always there to offer his support whenever you need it. His Saturday classes are super fun and a great morning workout. If you haven’t had time to check out his personal training or classes, do it! Everyone has to start somewhere on their journey and I am glad Kevin is there to help me achieve my fitness goals.
