My fiancée and I joined Motiv8 in September of this year in order to lose some weight before our wedding. We both enjoy working out with Kevin, as he is very flexible with scheduling and provides many additional services beyond your typical personal trainer such as off day workouts and food recommendations. If you are looking to get in shape, I would highly recommend this place.

I learned about Motiv8 from a friend at work and it has helped me become more confident in knowing proper weight lifting techniques as well as dietary/nutrition needs. I was sick of the bigger gyms, where I felt like I was "just a member." At Motiv8, Kevin has been able to help me become stronger and focus on areas that needed improvement, which has enhanced my overall fitness.This is a great gym no matter your exercise background. Kevin is a wonderful trainer who genuinely cares about helping you obtain your fitness goals. Motiv8 has a welcoming environment where you can come to get a total body work out, and focus on reaching your highest potential. I would recommend this gym for anyone who interested in becoming a healthier person!

I met Kevin several years ago at a gym where I used to work out. After a few years of not working out, I decided it was time to get back to it. While searching for new place to work out, I found that Kevin had opened Motiv8 Fitness & I knew this is where I wanted to be. I started training with him in May & have seen a drastic change in my endurance & in my strength. Kevin provides me with the desire to push myself & challenges me every day I'm there. Kevin has created a friendly, motivating environment, & I am beyond greatful for his leadership in my fitness journey.

I first discovered Motiv8 through a Groupon deal. I appreciated the initial time that Kevin took to evaluate my personal goals and needs, before introducing me to Alyssa. She has effectively pushed me outside of my comfort zone with an array of 30-45 minute full body workout routines since June 2017. I've become stronger than I've ever been, which helps with chasing around my 17 month old toddler. I've never felt pressured or intimidated at Motiv8. They are amazing teachers, who have a lot to offer "motiv8ed" students.

I didn’t think I could do the things I have until I started training at Motiv8. I am getting stronger everyday thanks to Kevin. My husband and I started several weeks ago and LOVE it. It's not an intimidating atmosphere which helps me feel more comfortable. He has helped us with our off days as well as nutrition. I highly recommend Motiv8!

I stumbled across Motiv8 when I was looking for a trainer to get ready for my upcoming wedding. I've been working out with Kevin for about 3 months, I've lost 30lbs, and my dress now needs to be taken in instead of let out. I couldn't have found a better place to workout.

I can't recommend Motiv8 and my trainer, Alyssa Gatewood, more highly! In addition to creating a customized resistance training plan that builds strength to help combat my neck and shoulder pain, she helped me fall love with weight training, which I used to hate and avoid by just doing cardio. Plus, my body looks better at age 33 than ever! Don't hesitate - go to Motiv8!

I worked with Kevin for over 6 months and really enjoyed training with him. Kevin will challenge you but also work with your limitations or injuries to ensure that you have a safe experience as well. The gym is very nice and always clean and has a great variety of equipment to use so your workouts never get boring! For reasons having nothing to do with Kevin, I have just joined a gym and feel that my workouts with him really prepared me well to get back into the swing of working out on my own and I don't think I would have survived my first hour long class if I hadn't spent the past 6 months getting back into shape with Kevin. Thank you Kevin!

I love the atmosphere here. There are a variety of options, from classes to individual sessions- it takes the pressure out of feeling uncomfortable and you can go at your own pace. And needless to say, the trainers are great! Bring a friend, your first class is free. It changed my perspective on working out and I couldn't be happier or more grateful!

First let me say that everyone in this gym is welcoming no matter your experience level! It is not one of those intimidating situations where you come once and don't return. I first met Kevin at a previous gym and followed him when he opened his own. From day one, I knew I was in good hands. We discussed my fitness goals, took measurements, and even worked on a meal plan. I saw results in my first 30 days! Kevin is an excellent trainer who pushes you when you need it... both inside and outside of class. He truly wants to help you achieve your goals! His customized workouts are challenging, engaging and fun. I will always be a fan. Thanks for pushing me mentally and physically! I would HIGHLY recommend Kevin and his gym for anyone looking to improve their health.
